A Policy Study On Attracting FDI Of Quang Ninh Economic Zone In Vietnam

Attracting FDI is an important source of promoting national and regional economic development.In the current overall trend of globalization,the absorption of foreign direct investment is recognized as a viable way for countries around the world to use their unique advantages to for development.For a developing country such as Vietnam,which has insufficient capital accumulation in the domestic economy,attracting foreign capital,especially foreign direct investment,is extremely important for investment development and local development.It can be said that foreign direct investment is a huge push to help Vietnam's rapid economic growth.In the context of reform and opening up,the central government of Vietnam has promulgated many policies and policies for promoting economic development in recent years,especially the policy of developing economic zones to attract foreign investment.As the major province of Vietnam to attract foreign investment,Quang Ninh province is one of the border provinces of northern Vietnam and has many advantages in development and the convenience of attracting foreign investment.However,the current economic status of Quang Ninh Province is still relatively backward,science and technology,infrastructure are not well developed,labor efficiency is low,economic strength in the province is weak,and per capita income is not good.The economic zone is an important engine for economic development in Quang Ninh province.After 20 years of vigorous efforts to attract foreign investment,Quang Ninh province's economic zone has achieved certain results.However,the achievements made by the economic zone,and the attraction and use of foreign investment,are still not completely symmetrical to their own enormous potential and advantages,and have not yet met the social and economic development requirements of Quang Ninh province.Therefore,in order to continue to promote foreign investment,I launched the "Attracting FDI Countermeasures Study of Quang Ninh Economic Zone in Vietnam" in an attempt to analyze the strengths,weaknesses,and difficulties involved by proposing theories related to the attraction of foreign investment in Quang Ninh economic zone in Quang Ninh province.To find out the issues that have an impact on the development of the Quang Ninh economic zone,and then put forward the corresponding countermeasures for the future absorption of foreign investment in the Quang Ninh economic zone.In this paper,comprehensive analysis and comparative analysis,quantitative analysis,and literature research methods are used to study attracting FDI in the Quang Ninh economic zone in Vietnam based on the attracting FDI theory.First,the status of attracting FDI in the Quang Ninh economic zone in Vietnam is summarized,and then The economic growth effect,technological progress and employment effect of attracting FDI in Quang Ninh Economic Zone are analyzed,and then the hard and soft environmental factors of attracting FDI in Quang Ninh Economic Zone of Vietnam are raised.Finally,the experience of foreign investment at home and abroad is put forward.In order to improve the competitive advantages and attracting FDI quality of Quang Ninh Economic Zone in Vietnam,measures and recommendations for improving the attracting FDI level in Quang Ninh Economic Zone of Vietnam are proposed.
