The research on work-life balance of employees in the Internet industry is presented in this thesis.Current status and existing problems of the work-life balance of Internet practitioners is learned through literature review, questionnaires, and case interviews, and the influencing factors of the work-life balance and their function mechanism are deeply explored.Targeted solutions are proposed from the perspective of corporate human resource management,to promote the work-life balance of Internet practitioners and enhance the level of corporate human resource management. In this way, enterprise competitiveness and cohesion of talents are enhanced, organizational benefits are improved, and win-win relations of individuals and organizations are achieved. Conclusions are drawn as follows through data analysis and case interviews:1.Employees in the Internet industry are faced with more serious work-life imbalance, characterized of strong work intensity and non-work lives.2.Systems and measures related to the work-life balance of employees including flexible work hours are different in the Internet industry.Relatively more systems and measures of the work-life balance are implemented in large-scale Internet enterprises than small and medium-sized Internet enterprises which are in short supply.3.Marital status and weekly working hours, demographic variables, have a significant impact on the work-life balance of Internet practitioners.Personal-organization matching and job resources have positive influence on their work-life balance. The sense of perceived boundary control plays a completely intermediary role between job resources and work-life balance, and a partially intermediary role between personal-organization matching and work-life balance.4.Most Internet practitioners are groups of unmarried youths under the age of 30,whose work-life imbalance is easy to happen in the face of the pressure from work and life, lack of experience as well as unclear work-life planning.Suggestions of realizing work-life balance of employees in the Internet industry are put forward in this thesis for enterprises and individuals from the perspective of corporate human resource management.
