Changes from society,work,family and their needs have aggravated the pressure of the employees' workplace,and it is easy for people to create a sense of work alienation.Do not know what to work for,and create a negative attitude to work “appendage”.This negative emotion greatly affects the development of both the organization and the employees.Therefore,the study of “how to restrain and alleviate employees' job alienation” has become a hot topic of academic and industrial circles.Past researches have proved that changing employee's emotion and behavior is not enough by explaining individual characteristic factors or organizing objective environment.We need to pay attention to the influence of interaction between organizations and employees on behavior.Therefore,based on the theory of job fit and social exchange,this paper explores antecedents of work alienation from individual and organizational level,and provides theoretical support for enterprises to suppress and alleviate employee alienation management activities.Firstly,the article reviews the existing research,and based on a large amount of literature review and theoretical cognition on the theory of formation model;and then choose the employees as the research object,through a random survey of the way to Gan-su,Shan-xi,He-nan,Shan-xi and other places of the staff questionnaires collected,215 validquestionnaires were finally obtained,the reliability and validity of using SPSS22.0 and Amos17.0 statistical software to test the questionnaire,and using hierarchical regression analysis and verification of the relationship between the variables,Finally,put forward some countermeasures and suggestions.Through empirical analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:human organization matching has a significant negative correlation with employee job alienation;psychological contract has a significant positive moderating effect between human organization fit and employee job alienation.Based on this,this paper puts forward some operable countermeasures and suggestions on how to reduce employee alienation from two angles of enterprise and employee.At the same time,It points out the lack of research in this paper and the direction of future research in the field.
