How to improve employee's job engagement aroused social concern widely. This paper summarized a large number of research literature and found that organizational climate and work ethic are two antecedent variables of job engagement. And the organizational climate and work ethic are also the focus of the modern enterprise. Therefore, based on existing research, this paper explored the relationship of organizational climate, work ethics and the job engagement.Firstly, this paper used descriptive statistical analysis to analyse organizational climate, work ethic and work engagement, then understand the distribution of three variables. Secondly, to understand the relationship of the three variables and their dimensions, this paper analysed the correlation of organizational climate, work ethic and job engagement.Finally, this paper verified causation of organizational climate and job engagement, organizational climate and work ethic, work ethic and job involvement by using regression analysis. This paper also used the method to verify the work ethics playing an intermediary role between organizational climate and job involvement.The results showed that:the work ethic of young employees in private IT companies is in the middle and upper level; work engagement is in the middle and lower levels. Organizational climate has significant predictor for work ethic; organizational climate has significant predictor for job involvement; work ethic has significant predictor for job engagement. work ethic played a part intermediary role between organizational climate and job involvement.According to the research, this paper proposed four practice recommendations, including:enhance the staff training in work ethic; pay attention to the role of organizational climate; create good management atmosphere; create good atmosphere.
