With the advancement of market-based reform of interest rates,the interest income from bank deposits and loans has significantly decreased.At the same time,due to the competition and impact of internet finance,the banking industry is facing a severe situation of survival and development.In 2017,Ernst & Young,the world's four largest accounting firm,released the “2016 China Bank Review and Future Outlook” report.In 2016,the bank's net interest income decreased year-on-year,non-interest income growth slowed,and non-performing loans continued to rise.The asset quality of the listed banks is under greater pressure.The total net profit of listed banks has increased slightly from last year,with a growth rate of approximately 3.7%.Under the unfavorable environment of external and internal problems,the performance pressure of the employees of commercial banks in China has increased,and the average income has also dropped significantly.The major banks have been under pressure of more and more employees turnover.Statistics show that 16 A-share listed banks in the first half of 2016 The number of employees who left the company reached 35,000.Banks have experienced unprecedented turnover in the history.In the wave of bank resignations,the teller's turnover is particularly noticeable.The tellers are grass-roots employees in the bank with the largest amounts.They directly face customers and provide various financial services for customers.They are the bonds between banks and customers,and therefore are of importance.However,the bank teller's work is complicated and intensified.Facing the various requirements of various customers,they must provide satisfying service in a short period of time without any mistakes so that the pressure and intensity are very large.At the same time,in addition to doing their own duties,bank tellers also have super-high deposit indicators and various small indicators.If the task could not be completed every month,the performance bonus will shrink dramatically,and the income level will plummet,and the degree of psychological contract will be plummet as well,.Then employees will intend to leave.This paper takes the case of Nanchang branch of A City Commercial Bank to analyze the problem of bank teller turnover based on the perspective of psychological contract.It empirically analyzes the influence and degree of the psychological contract of tellers of Nanchang Branch of A City Commercial Bank on the turnover intention,and tries to find a solution to the situation of Nanchang branch of A City Commercial Bank.The measures provides reference for the turnover management of tellers for the bank and other commercial banks in China.
