| In recent years,under the continuous impact of new industries such as taxi-hailing and bicycle sharing,the supply and demand of cruising taxi market is seriously unbalanced,showing a shrinking demand and excess capacity supply.The problem of supply and demand imbalance in the cruising taxi market has far-reaching impact on society and industry.On the one hand,the enterprise profit and the driver's income have appeared serious decline.And the new and old industries' contradiction have been intensified,easy to cause to strike,unrest and the other social instability events.On the other hand,excess capacity supply leads to higher empty rate and lower efficiency,which further leads to the waste of road,energy and time resources.In order to improve the industry imbalance of supply and demand,this paper fully explores the status characteristics and development needs of the operation mode based on the actual situation of taxi operation management in China,and puts forward a solution strategy to deal with the imbalance between supply and demand with mixed operation mode.Aim to optimize the operation of single and double shifts and improve overcapacity,this paper constructs the vehicle operation scheduling model by the theory of statistics and operational research.Taking the industry operation of Chengdu as an example,this model uses MATLAB software to solve the nonlinear optimal solution,and getting the single and double vehicles' dynamic allocation scheme of maximizing comprehensive benefit.The results show that compared with the traditional single "single Class" or single "two-class" operation mode,the new combination scheme has obvious advantages in relieving vehicle surplus,increasing driver's income and improving balance of market supply and demand.The ideas and methods,of the research have a strong applicability,which provide a methodological basis for industry policy formulation,risk assessment and real-time capacity adjustment,and has good application prospect. |
