Study On The Influence Of Rural Finance Development In Shandong Province On Rural Economic Growth

Promoting agricultural development,maintaining rural stability and increasing farmers' income have always been an important issue of concern to the party and the government.2016 is the first year of China's "13th Five-Year" plan,in 2015 the central economic work conference was fully deployed around the "urbanization" and "agricultural modernization" on 2016 of the rural economy,in 2016 the State Council issued “Central Committee "document,continue to focus on "three agriculture" problem,put forward to promote the agricultural supply side structural reform,highlighting the important position of rural work.Shandong Province as a major agricultural province in China,according to the finance office issued documents,the reform of rural finance and economy have not kept need with the growing demand for financial services,each region due to structural and inter regional differences in the "loans" is still more difficult.Therefore,in the period of building modern agriculture,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to further study the transmission channels and effects of Shandong's rural financial development on the rural economic growth,and to eliminate the restrictive factors of Shandong's rural economic development.The first chapter is introduction.This section expounds the theoretical and practical significance of the topic,and introduces the research ideas,research methods,innovation and shortcomings of this article.The second chapter is the theoretical basis and mechanism of rural financial development and rural economic growth.First,we define the concept of rural financial development and rural economic growth,then summarize two theories,and finally analyze the mechanism of rural financial development on rural economic growth.The third chapter analyzes the reality of rural financial development and rural economic growth in Shandong province.This part analyses the current situation of rural finance and rural economy in Shandong Province in detail,and points out the existing problems in the rural financial development of mountain province.The fourth chapter focuses on the empirical analysis of the relationship between rural financial development and rural economic growth in Shandong province.The relationship between the development of rural finance in Shandong province's impact on the income gap between urban and rural areas and farmers' income growth are discussed,VAR measurement model based on the empirical analysis shows that there is negative correlation between rural financial development and economic growth,that rural financial development does not really serve the rural economy.The fifth chapter,based on the results of empirical analysis,finds out the problems in the development of rural finance in Shandong Province,and gives some policy recommendations for Shandong's rural financial development to promote rural economic growth.
