Research On The Financial Support For Agricultural Industrialization In Zaozhuang City

The development of agricultural industrialization is an important part of the economic development of our country's rural areas and also an effective way for China to adjust its agricultural industrial structure,transfer rural labor force and increase farmers' incomes.However,due to lack of accumulated agricultural development history,the shortage of funds has become the biggest "bottleneck"restricting the further development of agricultural industrialization.Due to the inherent contradiction between the weak nature of agriculture and the nature of financial self-interest,the current rural financial system can not meet the financial needs of agricultural industrialization,especially the huge capital needs.Therefore,the study of rural finance for the management of agricultural industrialization is of great significance.Taking the financial support of agricultural industrialization in Zaozhuang as the research object and the rural financial market theory and the theory of economic growth as a guide,this paper systematically expounds the status quo of agricultural industrialization and the supporting status of financial capital and government capital to agricultural industrialization in Zaozhuang at present.Found that Zaozhuang City Finance support for industrialization of agriculture continue to increase,but with the huge financial needs still have a larger gap.Subsequently,the measurement system of agricultural industrialization and rural financial development in Zaozhuang was constructed,and the comprehensive score of agricultural industrialization in Zaozhuang was calculated by factor analysis.According to the factor comprehensive score matrix,the integrated score of agricultural industrialization in Zaozhuang showed a stage Changes,Zaozhuang agricultural industrialization factor score showed a phased change,following the slow development in 2007 and 2008,Zaozhuang agricultural industrialization in 2009-2011 showed a negative development state,after a few years of rapid development,2016 Zaozhuang agricultural industrialization has shown a certain scale,has been rapid development,However,according to the scoring matrix,the development of agricultural industrialization in 2017 is in a lagging state.By using the gray relational analysis method,the paper studies the relationship between rural financial scale,structure,efficiency and agricultural industrialization through research.Out of the correlation between them are not large,the scale of rural finance is only 0.62,while the support of rural financial structure is only 0.461,not yet ultra-high 0.5,indicating that the current rural financial institutions in support of rural agricultural industrialization do not exist Fewer problems,such as the relatively single bank supporting agricultural industtialization,the inherent deficiencies of levied agricultural industrialization loans,and the over-simplification of loan types.Finally,based on the results of empirical analysis,the paper puts forward that the rural financial institutions should increase the support for agriculture,give play to the role of the state finance and taxation in supporting agriculture,strengthen the service and product innovation in rural financial markets,improve the credit gvuarantee and agricultural insurance mechanism,and improve the institutional environment of rural credit The countermeasures and suggestions.This article uses the interaction between rural finance and the development of agricultural industrialization as an entry point,expounds in detail how the financial development provides support to industrialization,and helps to enrich and improve rural financial theory.Using gray relational analysis method to study the correlation between the two,which provides practical guidance for rural finance in Zaozhuang City to promote the development of agricultural industrialization.
