Study On The Development Of Export Credit Insurance In China Under The Background Of The Belt And Road

Against the background of the continuing deep impact of the international financial crisis and the slow recovery and deepening of the world economic situation,the problems faced by various countries in their economic development are still serious,the regional development situation is chaotic,and it is particularly important to carry forward and spread the spirit of our Silk Road.After chairman Xi Jinping's visit to Southeast Asia and the Central Asia in 2013,our government puts forward the strategic concept of establishing the "Silk Road Economic Belt" and the "21st Century Maritime Silk Road",which has been widely recognized by the international community.With China's economy entering a new normal,the Strategy of "The Belt and Road" has a great influence on the reform of Supply Side Structure and deepening of the policy of opening to the outside world.The most important impact of promoting the strategy of "The Belt and Road" is to eliminate surplus capacity and strengthen cooperation with other countries along the route in direct investment,export trade and engineering projects,It is a great business opportunity for our export enterprises.However,since most of the countries along the strategy of "The Belt and Road" are geographically complex,the political situation is relatively volatile and country-specific risks are high,This has created a huge challenge for exporting enterprises and has weakened their enthusiasm to expand their trade markets of "The Belt and Road".And China export credit insurance company as the business management specialized agency responsible for the export credit insurance business in our country,should give full play to the role of risk protection in the process of "The Belt and Road" strategy,At the same time,based on the construction situation of "The Belt and Road",develop innovative business products and improve business management systems,thereby expanding credit insurance coverage.Based on this background,this paper begins with a summary of the development of China's export credit insurance,and analyzes the current situation of development and the shortcomings and problems.Then it gives an overview of the strategic connotation and the impact on export credit insurance business.Finally,drawing on the successful experiences of developed countries in export credit insurance,trying to find solutions of the existing deficiencies and improve the export credit insurance business system and expand the business scale of policy proposals.
