Research On The Impact Of Trade Facilitation On China S Industrial Manufacturing Exports To Asean

Since the large-scale implementation of the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area,the degree of liberalization of commodity circulation between the two sides has continued to deepen,and the volume of economic and trade transactions between China and ASEAN countries has greatly increased.Since 2010,the export scale of China's commodities to ASEAN has continued to expand,and its contribution to the output of industrial products has played a significant role.However,with the gradual reduction of trade tariffs and the gradual elimination of traditional trade barriers,China's exports to ASEAN's industrial manufactured goods did not rise in 2015.Therefore,whether the trade facilitation can continue to drive the export of industrial manufactured products has become a research and discussion issue in this paper.Firstly,on the basis of related theories of trade facilitation,this paper comprehensively examines the current status of China's commodity exports to ASEAN industrial products from the three dimensions of export size,export commodity structure,and export country distribution.Afterwards,referring to the construction concepts and principles of trade facilitation of previous scholars,comprehensively constructed a facilitation index evaluation system including the level of transit transportation,regulatory environment,financial market environment,trade environment,and e-commerce.The relevant research data from 2008-2016 were used to calculate the level of facilitation and development of the seven countries in China and ASEAN.Finally,based on the development of gravitational models,a comprehensive discussion was made on the degree of trade facilitation and the improvement of the level of indicators at all levels on the output of China's industrial products,and then excavated the favorable factors driving the increase in exports.The results of the study show that the degree of facilitation between the home country and the ASEAN countries is significantly different,and the overall degree is not high,and the room for improvement is large.Increasing the level of trade facilitation will promote the export scale of domestic industrial products to ASEAN.And in the five sub-fields,the improvement in the level of transit trade and e-commerce in ASEAN member countries has played a significant role in promoting the export of manufactured goods.The role of customs in regulating the environment is relatively weak.Therefore,intensifying infrastructure construction and improving the modernization level of enterprises are important ways to increase the level of trade facilitation and promote the export of manufactured goods.
