The Study On The Impact Of Trade Facilitation For The Belt And Road Countries To China's Export

The “Belt and Road Initiative” emphasizes the need to innovate cooperation models and strengthen the construction of “five links”,namely policy communication,road connectivity,smooth trade,currency circulation and popular support.Trade smoothness is the key construction target in the “five links”,and the level of trade facilitation is an important measure of trade smoothness.Calculate the impact of the level of trade facilitation of the countries along “the Belt and Road” on China's export,explore the best plan to improve the China's export and the key restrictive factors,they both have the significance to promote the development of economy in countries along “The Belt and Road” and China's internal and external trade environment quality.This paper takes the level of trade facilitation as the main line of research,and sorts out the domestic and foreign literatures related to the level of trade facilitation.Based on the scientific,comprehensive,available and authenticity of data,the paper considers the changes of international trade and the level and characteristics of the economic development of the countries along “The Belt and Road”.The 4 first-level indicators and 17 second-level indicators were selected to construct a measurement system of the level of trade facilitation,and the level of trade facilitation of 67 countries along “The Belt and Road” were measured.Then the level of trade facilitation was taken as the core variable,an empirical analysis of the factors affecting China's exports using stata14.0 software based on the extended trade gravity model.The results of empirical research show that the level of trade facilitation of the countries along “The Belt and Road” has the most significant impact on China's exports,and it is positively affected.The impact on China's export trade of the comprehensive indicators of the level of trade facilitation of the countries “The Belt and Road”,GDP,whether they have signed a free trade agreement with China,whether they border China and the total population have been reduced in turn.Although the improvement of customs efficiency and environment is positive for China's export trade,it is not significant.Based on the above research conclusions,such suggestions are listed in the following: enhance the deep cooperation with the countries along "The Belt and Road" in the Internet industry and the Financial industry;increase investment in ports and infrastructure construction of transportation logistics of the countries along “The Belt and Road”;actively promote the construction of free trade zone;speed up China's trade facilitation.
