An Analysis Of The Impact Of Technological Innovation In China's High-tech Industry On Its Competitiveness Based On The Innovation Process

In the new normal economy,the high-tech industries with talents,knowledge,technology,capital-intensive as the strategic industries of national economic development.It has promoted the transformation of economic development mode and the adjustment of industrial structure.The competitiveness of the industry is related to whether a country or region can gain long-term competitive advantages and maintains its future status in the world economic structure.In the 1980 s,under the strong support of national policies,China's high-tech industry developed rapidly.The development of high-tech industry helps China's industrial structure to achieve shift and upgrade and realizes the transformation from "Made in China" to "Created in China." However,compared with the developed countries,the high-tech industries in our country are big but not strong,and there are still problems of lack of independent research and development and innovation and strong dependence on foreign countries.This has directly led to the fact that the competitiveness of high-tech industry in our country does not have obvious advantages.Therefore,effectively raising the competitiveness of China's high-tech industries is an urgent issue to be solved.As an innovative,intellectual-intensive industry,high-tech industry is characterized by rapid technological upgrading,high technical requirements.Technological innovation is the core driving force for its sustainable development.This paper studies the influence of technological innovation of high-tech industry on its competitiveness from the perspective of technological innovation process.The main contents include: on the basis of combing the related theories of industrial competitiveness and technological innovation,the paper sums up the mechanism of technological innovation affecting industry competitiveness by reference to the existing research results.Analysis of the status quo of technological innovation in China's high-tech industry and international contrast of industrial competitiveness.Based on the research features of this paper,we build corresponding index system and empirical model.This paper chooses the data of high-tech industries from 1995 to 2015 as the empirical sample.However,in view of the actual situation of the development of high-tech industry,taking 2009 as a time node for high-tech industries in a time-period comparative study in the empirical part,analyzing the influencing factors and further identifying the key factors in which scientific and reasonable explanation of the impact of technological innovation on the competitiveness of high-tech industries at different stages of innovation process.Finally,starting from the empirical results,combined with the development of high-tech industry in China,the paper tries to provide practical advice for effectively improving the competitiveness of China's high-tech industries.The features and innovations of this article are on the basis of summarizing the advantages and disadvantages of the related researches.on the one hand,according to the difference of innovation input and output result,the paper establishes the process model of high-tech industry technology innovation,takes the patent as the intermediate product,and divides the whole process of technological innovation into two stages: technology output stage and technology transfer stage.On the other hand,the competitiveness of high-tech industries is not only reflected in the expansion of market share and increase industry profits,but also reflected internal competitiveness,such as the labor productivity in the technological input to output.Therefore,the paper measures the competitiveness of high-tech industries to break through the existing research,and explores the impact of technological innovation on the competitiveness of China's high-tech industries through two dimensions of explicit competitiveness and implicit competitiveness.
