In the era of knowledge economy,knowledge transferring between enterprises has become an important means to promote technological innovation and improve the ability of its own technology innovation.As a basic institutional arrangement for system innovation,technological innovation network provides knowledge transfer and communication cooperation platform for collaborative innovation between enterprises.Enterprises can be divided into core and non-core enterprises according to the dominance of enterprises in the technological innovation network and the knowledge stock.Core enterprises occupy the leading position in the technology innovation network and have the key knowledge resources and the ability to influence the non-core enterprises.Non-core enterprises are often in the subordinate position,having less knowledge resources and playing a role in supporting and cooperating with core enterprises,and dominated by the knowledge power of the core enterprises.The development of a technological innovation network requires a good interaction and coupling between core and non-core enterprises.The transfer of knowledge between core and non-core enterprises contributes to the accumulation of knowledge in the technological innovation network and the improvement of network innovation performance.The research on knowledge transfer between core and non-core enterprises can profoundly understand and grasp the dynamic process and related characteristics of knowledge transfer among enterprises in the technology innovation network,and it is conducive to the development of technological innovation networks.At the same time,it is of great significance for non-core enterprises to acquire more external knowledge and improve their technological innovation capabilities.Based on the existing literature,the paper first analyzes the mechanism of knowledge transfer between non-core enterprises and core enterprises in the technology innovation network,mainly involving construction of inter-enterprise knowledge transfer factor models and dividing factors which affecting knowledge transfer between non-core enterprises and core enterprises into direct layer influence factors,middle layer influence layers,and deep level influence factors based on the ISM.Then,this paper uses Vensim PLE software to establish the system dynamics causality diagram and the system flowchart of knowledge transfer between the non-core enterprise and the core enterprise respectively.The knowledge transfer system was simulated and the sensitivity of the model was analyzed by changing the relevant parameters.The main conclusions of this paper are that the knowledge transfer of core enterprises to non-core enterprises will decrease with the increase of knowledge stock of non-core enterprises,and the amount of knowledge transfer between non-core enterprises and core enterprises will gradually increase first,and then gradually decrease.A good knowledge transfer situation can speed up the transfer of knowledge between non-core and core companies and shorten the transfer cycle.The enhancement of knowledge absorptive capacity increases the amount of knowledge transfer between non-core and core companies and improve the efficiency of knowledge transfer.In the early stage of development,non-core enterprises have low knowledge stock and weak knowledge innovation capabilities.They mainly rely on core enterprises to complete knowledge accumulation and establish technological innovation systems.
