The Impact Of Network Intensity On Innovation Performance Of Non Core Enterprise

With the increasingly enterprise competition,enterprise network play an increasingly important role in the development and growth of enterprises.Facing the complex competition environment,how to maximize the use of network knowledge spillover effect,improve the innovation ability of enterprises,is an important factor in the different position of the core enterprises and non core enterprises choose innovation behavior.Whether the core enterprise to maintain the competitive advantage status,or non core enterprises gradually mature and development,they need to have a large network of background support.Especially for non core enterprises and non core enterprises,because of the lack of innovation ability and resources,limited in scale and capital,the knowledge level is relatively low,so the non core enterprises can obtain knowledge and technology through the exchange of knowledge and information in the network,and the type and intensity of different relationships in the network is the key to determine the technological innovation performance of enterprises,especially non core enterprises.Based on the investigation of automobile enterprises in Liaoning Province,From the perspective of knowledge transfer,this paper studies the influence of the network relationship strength on technological innovation performance,and the relationship between the intensity of the network is divided into industrial chain(vertical)and competitive enterprises(horizontal)two dimensions.Based on the theories of enterprise network,knowledge transfer and organizational learning,using the structural equation method.,the results of this paper showed that the network intensity is positively related to enterprise innovation performance in vertical,The stronger the relationship,the higher the innovation performance;the network intensity is also positively related to enterprise innovation performance in horizontal.In addition,The mediating effect between knowledge transfer and innovation performance is not significant.The network intensity can directly affect the performance of enterprise innovation,but the effect on the enterprise innovation performance through knowledge transfer is not significant.
