With the rapid development of modern information technology, knowledge and information flow to accelerate, enterprises are facing more and more external competition, more and more companies realize that innovation is the decisive factor in the development of enterprises, and the production of information and knowledge is the key factor to innovation. Any enterprise cannot be innovative in all areas, at the same time, enterprises have internal and external resources are scarce, so enterprises should build enterprise innovation network to meet their own innovation needs, through innovation network integration of innovative resources, reduce innovation Risk, gain spillover effect, enhance the enterprise's innovation ability, so as to effectively enhance the enterprise's innovation ability. The knowledge transfer ability of enterprise innovation network, to a large extent determine the efficiency of enterprise innovation network, thus affecting the enterprise's innovation ability. The research on knowledge transfer in enterprise innovation network is of great theoretical value and application value to the smooth operation of enterprise innovation network.Based on the system dynamics model, this paper constructs and simulates the knowledge process of enterprise innovation network, and puts forward the strategy of enterprise innovation network knowledge transfer based on the analysis results. The first chapter focuses on the research background, research significance, and summarize the current research status of enterprise innovation network and knowledge transfer to the proposed research objectives and research ideas; The second chapter discusses the theoretical basis of the research on the five aspects of knowledge stock, technology knowledge spillover effect, knowledge absorptive capacity, enterprise R & D investment and system dynamics. In the third chapter, based on the analysis of the connotation and influencing factors of the knowledge transfer of enterprise innovation network, the knowledge transfer model of enterprise innovation network is constructed based on system causality, knowledge deposit subsystem, absorptive capacity subsystem and R &D input subsystem.
