In recent years,the world economy has continued to recover and China's economy has been running smoothly.With the rapid development of financial globalization after opening up,went to Alipay as the representative of the financial impact of the Internet,China bank from the "calm" gradually "lively".The impact of Internet Finance and the entry of foreign banks have caused the fierce competition in the financial world.And the competition in the financial industry is mainly the competition of human resources.In the face of more and more fierce competition in the same industry,the phenomenon of the turnover of agricultural and commercial employees is becoming more and more serious.Middle and senior managers,professional and technical personnel,and new college students have rich experience in practice management,customer resources and professional knowledge.The loss of these employees has caused a lot of negative impact on the agricultural and commercial banks.PYNS bank,as a county financial institution,has a high rate of employee turnover in recent years.Since 2013,college students have been recruited every year,but due to the loss of employees,the number of workers on post is decreasing year by year.The shortage of talent has caused the situation that the business growth is slow and the competitive advantage is insufficient.How to reduce the loss of employees has become a problem that PYNS banks must face and face.Based on literature research,investigation and quantitative analysis,this paper studies the current situation of employee turnover in PYNS bank,and puts forward countermeasures to solve the turnover rate of high staff,which can effectively reduce employee turnover rate and cost,and further improve the level of service for agriculture,rural areas and farmers.Firstly,the theory of employee turnover and hierarchy of needs theory and human resource management theory are deeply studied,which lays a theoretical foundation for thesis writing.Then,this paper analyzes the status quo of PYNS bank and the characteristics of employee turnover,and finds out the impact of employee turnover on banks.On this basis,this paper establishes a questionnaire to conduct a questionnaire survey on the turnover of employees in PYNS bank,and finds out the main factors that affect employee turnover.Finally,this paper puts forward the Countermeasures of employee turnover from the aspects of human resource planning,performance assessment,salary system,career and home culture.
