With the development of China's economy and society and the improvement of the market economy,the competition between the market subjects is more and more fierce.In the fierce competition,it is more and more important for enterprises to have a stable and high-quality staff team to achieve high-quality development.In the operation of the market,many private enterprises have the problems of weak competitiveness and insufficient development momentum.The reason is that the serious loss of employees and the poor stability of the staff are very important constraints for the development of enterprises.Research object HTKJ is facing this problem.The employee turnover problem of HTKJ has brought many negative effects to the enterprise,such as: causing loss of human resource management costs,interfering with the company's work performance,and destroying the cohesion of the enterprise.HTKJ must find the reasons in time and explore effective countermeasures to improve its own problems in human resource management,salary performance management,company culture construction and so on,in order to achieve high-quality development of the enterprise.In the research process,this paper collected the internal information provided by HTKJ,studied the literature of domestic and foreign scholars on human resource management,performance management,corporate culture construction,and obtained a lot of theoretical information about employee turnover.Through investigations,interviews and other ways to understand the basic situation of HTKJ,the company's human resource management system and other information,analyzed the current status and basic characteristics of employee turnover,and explained the negative impact of employee turnover.On this basis,according to the survey group,the questionnaire is designed and issued,and the collected questionnaire is statistically analyzed.The main factors that affect the loss of employees are sorted out and summarized,namely,the lower salary level,lack of welfare measures,unfriendly working environment,lack of humanization of management methods,lack of attractive corporate culture,lack of career planning for employees,and inadequate training system of the company.The fundamental reason is that companies do not attach great importance to the construction of human resources from a strategic perspective.After analyzing the reasons for the loss of HTKJ employees,this paper has proposed targeted countermeasures,which mainly include seven aspects:constructing a reasonable salary system,improving employee welfare system,creating a suitable working environment,implementing scientific management methods,building ahumane caring corporate culture,and formulating employee career planning,perfecting employee training system,and ultimately establish a people-oriented,scientific and complete business philosophy and human resource management system to help companies achieve sustainable development.
