In order to improve the efficiency and cut the cost and give full play to its own core competitiveness, the enterprise hire another company to handle its non-core business by contract. This business model is called Business Process Outsourcing. In recent years, this kind of business model is very popular and developing fast in the world. YX company is one of BPO enterprises, and mainly engaged in the data processing and image processing, etc. The nature of business determines that the backbone of YX company is high-tech personnel. If the company can attract talents, arrange talents properly and retain relents, it will have the core competitiveness. However, the average employee turnover rate of YX company is over30%in recent three years. The high turnover rate has caused many problems to the company, such as:both the product quality and production efficiency has declined, the cost of personnel has increased, etc. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to solve the problem of high turnover rate of YX company.In this paper, the staff turnover question of YX company has been analyzed deeply. Based on introducing the current situation of YX company human resource and the problem of staff turnover, and using the questionnaire survey and interviewing and employee turnover model, this paper deeply analyzed the root cause of the employee loss in different aspects. And then, this paper gives the specific plans of solving the staff turnover:to establish the competitive salary system, perfect YX company’s promotion system and implement humanistic care. In the meanwhile, in order to guarantee the plan can be implemented successfully, this paper also gives some supporting measures: establish proper management concept of human resources, strengthen the enterprise culture construction and build a better office environment.The research result of this paper will be useful for controlling the staff turnover of YX company. And also, it will have the reference significance to other enterprises in the human resources management.
