With the arrival of the leisure economy and the acceleration of China's urbanization process,theme park as a new type of urban tourism destination,is increasingly becoming the engine and booster of urban transformation and regional tourism development,and it has a far-reaching impact on urban development and regional tourism competition.There are a lot of interaction between tourists.Interpersonal interaction on the tourist experience plays an important role,is currently the focus on the weak spot of academic circles.This study based on the previous research of customer-to-customer interaction,customer value and customer experience,exploring the relationships among the tourist-to-tourist interaction,experience value,and tourist satisfaction in theme parks.The results good for the domestic theme park improvement and provides practical guidance for the long-term development of the market.The study takes Happy Valley of Wuhan as an example,and the tourists from the theme park as the research object,in order to study the the relationships among the tourist-to-tourist interaction,experience value,and tourist satisfaction.In the end,the study has solved two problems.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)Language communication and help behavior have significant influence on experience values.Cooperative behavior only significantly affects cognitive experience value and has no effect on other experience value.Neither interference nor sabotage has any effect on the experience values.(2)The emotional experience value significantly affects satisfaction,while social experience value and cognitive experience value don't significantly affect tourists' satisfaction.It shows that in the experience situation of theme park,tourists' satisfaction is expected to be related to the initial tourism expectation,and only the emotional experience value has a significant positive influence on the satisfaction of tourists.(3)Language communication and help behavior have positive influence on satisfaction.Cooperative behavior and interference or damage behavior don't have significant influence on visitors' satisfaction.Finally,based on the above conclusions,the author thinks that in order to effectively improve the satisfaction of tourists,we need to think and improve from four aspects:(1)Guiding actively.Shorten the psychological distance of tourists,and promote the satisfaction of language communication.(2)Building a community,or a platform for tourists to help each other,and improve their satisfaction with each other.(3)Improving facilities.Increasing tourist cooperation scenes,and increase the satisfaction of tourists by increasing cooperation.(4)Creative theme.Enhancing the emotional experience of tourists,increase the satisfaction of the value of emotional experience.
