The rapid development of the financial leasing industry leads more and more companies to start financial leasing business.Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP)system,with its integrated management concept,has been favored by those companies.For financial leasing companies,choosing an appropriate ERP system plays a crucial role in regulating business management,effectively reducing production cost and enhancing overall competitiveness.These problems can be summarized as heterogeneous multi-attribute group decision making(MAGDM)problems.As decision making problems become all the more complicated and uncertain,the heterogeneous MAGDM has come to be an important aspect of research on modern decision making science.There are mainly three shortcomings in current solutions to such problems.First,the existing preference information for the pair-wise comparisons of alternatives cannot accurately reflect the hesitancy and fuzziness of the decision makers in the judgment process.Second,the current research mainly focuses on the definition of consistency and inconsistency based on positive ideal solution and the goal of minimizing inconsistency.There are relatively few studies on the definition of consistency and inconsistency based on negative ideal solution and on the simultaneous maximization of consistency and minimization of inconsistency.However,these two aspects are actually the important basis for the reasonable ranking order of alternatives and its acceptance by the group.Third,there's a lack of decision making methods that consider the decision-makers' psychological behavior in the application of heterogeneous MAGDM.To overcome the above deficiencies,this paper,based on the idea of Linear Programming Technique for Multidimensional Analysis of Preference(LINMAP),proposes two heterogeneous MAGDM methods that consider the truth degrees over pair-wise comparisons of alternatives and discusses its application in financial leasing enterprises' management decision.The main content of this paper is divided into two aspects.1.To reflect the different hesitancy degrees of decision makers in the judgment process in a more accurate way,this paper develops a hesitant fuzzy mathematical programming method for heterogeneous MAGDM with hesitant fuzzy truth degrees and incomplete criteria weight information.Firstly,this paper defines the hesitant fuzzy group consistency indexes and the hesitant fuzzy group inconsistency indexes based on positive ideal solution and negative ideal solution,and establishes a four-objective hesitant fuzzy mathematical programming model.Then,this paper uses the geometric-mean score functions of hesitant fuzzy sets to transform the four-objective programming model into a single objective program to resolve it.As a result,the determination of attribute weights,positive ideal solution and negative ideal solution is quite objective.Subsequently,the relative closeness degrees of alternatives for each decision maker are obtained and applied to derive the individual ranking order of alternatives.To generate the collective ranking order of alternatives,a multi-objective assignment model is established and converted into a single objective programming model to resolve.Finally,a financial leasing company ERP system supplier selection example is provided to demonstrate the validity and applicability of this method.2.Given the important influence of decision makers' psychological behavior on decision-making outcomes,this paper proposes heterogeneous mathematical programming method with heterogeneous truth degrees based on prospect theory.The heterogeneous truth degrees involve multiple types of preference information over alternatives' pair-wise comparisons,and the decision makers can select the most appropriate form of expression according to their actual needs.The heterogeneous mathematical programming method first defines the heterogeneous group consistency index and the heterogeneous group inconsistency index based on the prospect value,thereby constructing a bi-objective heterogeneous mathematical programming model.The model is transformed and solved by the defuzzification method of heterogeneous information,and the comprehensive prospect value of each decision maker regarding alternatives is obtained.Finally,the individual ranking orders of alternatives is integrated to obtain the group ranking order,and the optimal alternative selection is determined.Combined with an example of a car rental company ERP system supplier selection,the applicability and superiority of the proposed method are illustrated.
