“Decision making is ubiquitous”.As the most representative one,multi-attribute decision making has a rich theoretical basis and a wide application background in many fields such as supply chain management,emergency management,traffic management,financial analysis,and industrial engineering.Conventional multi-attribute decision making usually assumes that the internal and external environments for decision makers are completely determined and stationary,while the decision-making processes made by decision makers are completely rational.Therefore,expected utility theory is mostly used by researchers for analyzing and studying.However,in the actual decision making process,decision makers often have limited rationality,and the internal and external environment of decision is not static,and therefore,the conventional rational decision theory and method may be not applicable to solve the relevant problems.On the other hand,supply chain management has been deeply studied and applied in both theoretical cycle and enterprises,and it have played a significant role in promoting for the survival and development of individual enterprises and the rapid growth of the entire social economy.Supplier management is the key content to be studied in supply chain management.The supplier management has developed from the traditional supplier management to the supplier management under the supply chain environment and then to the green supplier management.The management objectives and methods for each stage are different,and the connotations and research methods for selection of suppliers are different.Some researchers have tried to analyze and elaborate the selection of green suppliers from different perspectives,and obtained some research results.However,these results are relatively independent and scattered,and a relatively systematic research system has not yet been formed.At the same time,there is lack of consideration of decision maker's psychological and behavioral factors in the specific context of comprehensive research on green supplier dynamic selection and manufacture tasks allocation.Therefore,it has important theoretical and practical significance to research on selection of green suppliers systematically in the framework of multi-attribute decision-making considering behavior.Research of this dissertation is organized from easy to hard in the stream that statics selection of green supplier,dynamic selection of green supplier,and integrated research on dynamic selection of green supplier and manufacture tasks allocation considering risks and flexible factors.The research work is mainly carried out in the following three aspects:(1)Based on the comprehensive description of concept,connotation,and characteristics of green suppliers and clarification on the differences between green suppliers and non-green suppliers,a systematic analysis on the application of "consideration behavior" and "limited rationality" in the selection of green suppliers is applied,and static selection framework of green suppliers considering behavior is constructed in this dissertation.Specifically,an evaluation index system including environmental benefits is designed,and for different types of indicator attribute values,the evaluation model is constructed based on the research paradigm of prospect theory to solve the problem of criteria value confirmation and comparison under the condition of “finite rationality” and “different types of data”,which provides a good research method for static selection of green supplier considering behavior.(2)The dynamic selection method of green suppliers with “defect information” is studied in this dissertation.Specifically,on the basis of comparative analyzing the static evaluation index of green suppliers,and constructing the index system of dynamic selection of green suppliers,the third-generation prospect theory(PT3)coincident with features of dynamic decision-making is introduced,and optimal ordering method is generalized.Then,according to the grey association analysis method,the weight of each evaluation index in different periods is calculated.At the same time,because of the uniform performance of green suppliers,to avoid the situation of “defect information” which is brought by individual supplier promoting evaluation result rapidly or spitefully,the index variable weight method is adopted with defining time attenuation factor to introduce penalty function in this dissertation.By defining the degree of recognition and the level of punishment,the punishment is carried out for the candidate green suppliers whose generalized optimal ordinal number is lower than the recognition degree.The calculated sequence weight reflects the time effect as well as the disgust and rejection on the candidate green suppliers who is unstable or deliberately improve the effect of evaluation,and it provides a new research framework and method to solve the problem of green supplier dynamic selection with “defect information”.(3)The dynamic selection and manufacture tasks allocation of green suppliers considering risk and flexibility is studied in this dissertation.Specifically,since the supplier risk and flexible factors have significant influence on the evaluation results,by introducing green supplier risk and flexible factor into the green supplier evaluation index system and evaluation method.On this basis,a comprehensive evaluation model is proposed.Firstly,the interpretive structure modeling(ISM)method is utilized to analyze the influence relationship of indexes and optimize the evaluation index system,and then the weight is derived by analytic network process(ANP)method to reduce the influence of subjective evaluation factors.Secondly,considering the feature that the dynamic evaluation process of green suppliers involves multiple cycles,multiple factors,and high complexity,then variable weight theory is introduced,and the research background and hypothesis of "manufacturing task assignment" is clarified,and as a result,the dynamic selection of green supplier and manufacture tasks allocation model is constructed.Finally,the improved particles swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm is used for solution,which provides a new research idea and method for integrated research on dynamic selection ranking of green supplier and manufacture tasks allocation considering risks and flexible factors.To conclude,in this dissertation,the static and dynamic selection methods of green suppliers are systematically studied by using behavioral decision theory,the manufacture allocation problem with dynamic condition is integrated researched,and the research framework and method of selection of green suppliers is further improved.In particular,it lays a solid theoretical and methodological foundation for further research in this field under the background of “considering decision-maker's psychological and behavioral factors”,“dynamic selection”,“multi-type data”,“defect information”,“integration selection ranking and manufacture allocation problem”,and so on.
