At present,the market competition of flour processing industry is becoming more and more serious in our country,with a serious surplus of production capacity.The production and management mode is strong and weak,and the homogenization of products is serious,and the overall sales profit is low.Gather the wheat growing areas of large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises abundant capital,advanced equipment,management system,personnel,occupy the leading position in production and special flour,flour products rich and long production chain;small flour processing enterprises jumbly,rapid growth rate,with low-cost strategy to grab market.To focus on the production of flour enterprises,in the external environment grim situation,on the basis of how to make full use of existing resources,to further develop their own competitive advantage and keep pace with the times,to find suitable for the development of the enterprise strategy,is worthy of research managers and scholars research.According to the theory of enterprise strategic management,according to the law of enterprise development,specialization and diversification will be the key factors for their sustained and healthy development.On the basis of scholars' research,this paper uses a variety of management analysis methods to study the development strategy of W company in Hebei flour processing enterprise.First,W analysis of the company's operating condition and external environment,analysis of the competitiveness of enterprises by using the SWOT analysis,clear enterprise core advantage,facing the opportunity and existing problems,focusing on the long-term development of enterprises,put forward the development strategy of enterprise product diversification,it also formulated specific operability plans for the implementation of the development strategy of enterprise product diversification,and proposed safeguard measures for implementing the diversification strategy of the company,It has been recognized by the enterprise decision-making layer,management layer and execution layer.The conclusion is: The company has certain brand advantages,location advantages and product advantages,but faces more fierce market competition.Focusing on the future to become bigger,stronger,excellent,and long-term,W companies must implement a product diversification strategy.This article believes that W company's system and management are well optimized,and innovative implementation of product diversification strategy is feasible,not only can continue to maintain its leading position in Hebei Province,but also to the forefront of the world's flour processing industry.
