Study On The Management Mode Of Tourist Toilet In Hunan Scenic Spot

As an indispensable basic element in tourism activities,tourist toilets have become an important subject to be solved urgently under the background of the whole tourism.Toilet revolution has been developed from the top to the bottom of the country since 2015,and has achieved remarkable results.The basic solution to the problem of tourists to use the toilet,but the toilet construction management has a certain complexity,reflected in easy to repeat,the time cycle is long.Compared with the rapid development of tourism and the growing needs of the people,the quality of service,humanization,science and technology,civilization and so on.In order to promote the healthy development of China's tourism industry,improve the quality of tourism,speed up the construction and management of tourism toilets is very necessary.Based on the actual investigation of the present situation of tourism toilet construction management in Hunan scenic spots,combined with the result of the questionnaire survey on tourist toilet satisfaction,this paper makes a SWOT analysis on the tourism toilet construction management in Hunan scenic spots.And use the management thought to construct the new management mode of the tourism toilet.The main conclusion is:(1)analyze and summarize the factors that affect the tourist satisfaction of tourist toilet in Hunan scenic spot by questionnaire,including planning layout,toilet culture.Detail design and management are seven factors.(2)through the SWOT analysis,it is concluded that the development of tourist toilet in Hunan scenic area should adopt the twist strategy of SWOT strategy,that is,by making up for the present internal disadvantage.Promote the realization of external opportunities,but also take external opportunities as an opportunity to carry out internal upgrading.Finally realize the booming development of tourist toilet in Hunan scenic spot.(3)a multi-layer model of tourism toilet management is constructed,which takes the security layer as the core,supply and demand layer,idea layer,target layer,and working layer,which are progressive and constantly constitute a new cycle chain development.The model is expected to promote the scientific and rational development of tourism toilets and further promote the tourism image and tourism quality of Hunan scenic spots.
