Influencing Factors And Promotion Strategies Of Tourist Satisfaction In Healthy Towns Of Tonglu

Promoted by the vigorous development of characteristic towns,the experiential tourism based on Characteristic Towns in Hangzhou has gradually risen in recent years.These characteristic towns have carried out experiential tourism projects about their industries,but from the actual situation of experiential tourism in these characteristic towns,the satisfaction of tourists is relatively low,and there are some problems and shortcomings.Taking Tonglu Health Town as an example,from the perspective of experience tourism,this paper studies the tourist satisfaction of Tonglu Health Town through questionnaire survey and statistical analysis,and provides targeted countermeasures and suggestions for the development of Characteristic Towns in Hangzhou and other regions.Through descriptive statistical analysis,factor analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis,this paper studies and discusses the tourist satisfaction of Tonglu Health Town,and draws relevant conclusions: Firstly,through descriptive statistical analysis,it is found that there is still much room for improvement of tourist satisfaction of Tonglu Health Town,especially in action.The comprehensive evaluation of experience and related experience is relatively low,which has a certain impact on tourists' experience satisfaction of Tonglu Health Town.Secondly,through correlation analysis,it is found that there is a significant positive correlation between tourists' satisfaction and experience perception,feeling experience,emotional experience,thinking experience,action experience and related experience.At the same time,there is also a significant positive correlation between tourists' experience perception and sensory experience,emotional experience,thinking experience,action experience and related experience.Thirdly,through linear regression analysis,it is found that experience perception,sensory experience,emotional experience,thinking experience,action experience and related experience have significant positive effects on tourists' satisfaction of Tonglu healthy town,which accords with the research hypothesis put forward in this paper.Based on the analysis of data and research results,the article puts forward four strategic suggestions: product development,marketing promotion,service quality improvement and hardware facilities improvement.
