Data Mining And Analysis Based On Online Transaction Funds Of Government Procurement Agreement Goods

In the era of big data,with the development of information technology and the innovation of the management model,such as the Internet as the core technology of the electronic government procurement mode to subvert the traditional mode of government procurement,the procurement management,procurement,suppliers and e-commerce platform,and other main body together,realizes the government procurement information sharing.The transformation of the government's online trading model has led to the gradual expansion of government procurement,which has deposited huge amounts of valuable but unexploited government procurement data.The emergence of data warehouse and data mining technology to the government procurement data has brought new opportunities,data warehouse technology by researching the historical data of government procurement management system,and integration of government procurement data warehouse after preprocessing of data,solved the purchasing area purchasing system inconsistent government purchasing management problems such as data structure,data for data mining analysis provides the effective support.Data mining by mining method for government procurement transaction data of multidimensional mining analysis of the data warehouse,help strengthen procurement,suppliers,and the financial department of data communication,working for the government procurement management regulation provides data support.This study first introduces the government procurement data warehouse and data mining tools,related research techniques and methods;Secondly,the government procurement data warehouse is built according to the business demand of government online procurement;then this paper designs dependent data mart based on government procurement data warehouse according to government procurement process online and application requirements,and selects model methods,builds mining model is established and the large data of transaction fundsl is mined and analyzed.The main research results of this paper are as follows:First,through the acquisition,conversion and loading of transaction data of the government procurement management system,based on the design of concept model,logic model,physics model of the government procurement data warehouse,set up government procurement data warehouse with the integration of business and funds,laying thefoundation for data mining of the online transaction funds.Second,according to the purchasing process online and purchasing demand,this paper analysis data mining methods and the dimension from government procurement's four stages of application,plan,transactions and contracts,but it only analysis three aspects of government procurement text data,purchasing behavior and trading funds change trends from the government procurement execution phase because of the limitation and privacy of data.Third,through the text mining to extract text information features about government procurement data online scale,analyzes the word-cloud of catalogue,area,units,price,suppliers and other dimensions to form understandable knowledge of procurement,judging the government procurement deals online throughout the year to provide the reference.Fourth,through mean of association rule mining,the study analyzes government online purchase order number and catalogue and finds the correlation between the products for agreement purchasing people find a reasonable price products quickly provide data reference and tries to improve the efficiency of procurement,purchasing money saving.Fifth,the time series algorithm is used to analyze procurement funds of digital camera in the government online data of purchase agreement in the period time,and predicts the transaction funds of the government procurement digital camera in the future.Based on time dimension,it analyzes the funds data of digital camera from multi-angle,such as the procurement unit,area and so on,providing price reference for purchase in the purchase agreement products process and providing the reference for government procurement budget management in the next phase.In order to meet the demand of government procurement data warehouse and online transaction fund data mining,this paper uses MySQL as the data warehouse management tool and R language as the data mining and analysis tool.The online procurement business system of Chongqing government is the MySQL database management system.The R language has a powerful program package and visual features,easy to operate,understandable,and can be used in parallel with other platforms or tools to give full play to its advantages.Based on this,this paper combines the MySQL and R is used,through RODBC packet connection integration of data warehouse,after preprocessing for government procurement and data mining and the relevant historical data analysis.
