The Influence Of Forest Certification On The Export Of Chinese Forest Products

China has been occupying the status of the major exporting countries in the world,and the trade of forest products plays an important role in China's national economy.In 2001 after China's accession to the World Trade Organization(WTO),the export of forest products in quantity and structure has been constantly changing,although the production of forest products in China and exports have been increased,but due to the improvement of the system of foreign trade policy,ecological consumption and the environmental protection consciousness constantly strengthen,protect forest product markets encountered in the process of Chinese forest products in the export of importer form of trade barriers of the implementation of our country also in unceasing innovation.Under the action of the WTO and the traditional tariff barriers to trade retaliation will incur,so covert technical barriers to trade,countries are taking with exports to China's forest products is a serious challenge.In this paper,in order to investigate the influence of forest certification on the export of Chinese forest products,using the 4 years from 2012 to 2015,24 countries of China's forest products are mainly exported to panel data to study forest certification is how to influence China's forest products export,and gravity model was constructed to analyze the influence degree between forest certification and forest product exports.By gravity model to learn that when the importer by forest certification of forest area accounted for the proportion of the total forest area is larger,that the country's environmental protection consciousness is higher,the value will be imported forest products is through the Forest Stewardship Council(FSC)certification,thus to our country forest products exported to the congress has a negative impact.Finally,based on this,this paper puts forward concrete Suggestions from the government,enterprises and non-governmental organizations.The Suggestions from the aspects of the government are:to develop the new economy to adapt to the circular economy,the development of economic globalization strengthening resources recycling,promote the forest certification system and the international forest certification standards.The Suggestions from enterprises are:adhere to sustainable development strategy,give full play to comparative advantages and optimize export product structure.Suggestions from non-governmental organizations are as follows:establish a green trade barrier early warning mechanism to prevent emergencies and strengthen the promotion of education to raise environmental awareness.It provides a scientific basis for the development of China's forest products export trade,so that this paper has certain practical significance.
