Under the time with up-rising urbanization and industrialization, rapid social economy growth and the increasingly conspicuous contradiction between man and land property, the study for the land-use changes and it's driving factor becomes the important topic in the contemporary land research.Through revealing the law in land-use change and the main driving factor, not only to Coordinate the correlation between development of economy and society and land-use change, but also is great significance to draw up the scientifically-sound local land use planning. This thesis chooses Fuding city which is located in Fujian and Zhejiang junction as study area.Based on a good understanding of it's regional overview including the natural and social economy condition and the current situation of land use,the article takes use of the survey data of land use change and socio-economic data in 2009-2015.Through the adoption of related mathematical model and the method of grey correlation analysis, the article makes research on land use change and driving force, and puts forward the corresponding suggestions for land use from the perspective of system theory. The result shows that:In terms of land use change, the land-use change of Fuding is remarkable,as well as the location difference.(1)The quantitative changes is obvious difference in different land use types. The general trend in this city is agricultural and uncultivated lands has reduced while construction land is increasing. And the change rate of construction land is 4.39%what is clearly higher than agricultural and uncultivated land.(2)The city land use is in the development stage and the comprehensive index of land use degree raised from 227.24 in 2009 to228.88 in 2015.From the standpoint of land-use type,in Fuding, only urban village, industrial and mining land, transportation and cultivated land are in the development and the land-use change value are greater than 0.But other types are in the recession and adjusting period.(3)Fuding's land-use change is remarkable difference in location difference. The regions where the land-use change rate is high are mainly distributed in the central urban areas and the coastal towns in the east.In terms of driving force identification analysis, the main driving forces affecting the land use type and land use degree change in Fuding City are different,at the same time the produced driving effects are also different.(1)The main driving factors affecting the changes of agricultural land are the proportion of the total population and the primary industry.Among them, there is a negative correlation between the change of agricultural land and the total population, and there is a positive correlation between the change of agricultural land and the proportion of the primary industry.(2)The main driving factors affecting the change of construction land use are the level of urbanization, the total power of agricultural machinery, and the proportion of the secondary industry. There is a significant positive correlation between construction land and major driving factors, showing a trend of synchronous development.(3)The main driving forces affecting the changes of unutilized land are the proportion of the total population and the primary industry, among which the unutilized land changes show a reverse development trend aginst the total population, and shows a positive development trend with the proportion of primary industry.(4)The main driving forces affecting the change of land use degree are the total population, the proportion of the primary industry, the total power of agricultural machinery, and the level of urbanization.Among them, there are significant positive correlation between the degree of land use with the total population, the total power of agricultural machinery, and the level of urbanization. And with the proportion of primary industry shows a trend of synchronous development.
