Research On Accounting Operation Risk Management Of CZ Bank

Since the operation risk has been formally proposed,the commercial banks in our country have not been strengthened in the practice of accounting risk prevention,and the means of prevention are also lacking.Through the analysis of the current situation of accounting operation risk management and the reasons for its existing problems,this paper hopes to solve the problems encountered by commercial banks in the operation and management of accounting and improve the ability of risk prevention.This topic analyzes the existing shortcomings of accounting operation risks of the CZ bank from some major aspects like the accounting operation risk identification,evaluation,monitoring,prevention,report,personnel and so on.The accounting business process is reconstructed with the method of the flow chart;the comprehensive qualitative analysis method and the quantitative analysis method are used to reevaluate the accounting operation risk;the method of the accounting operation risk monitoring is reoptimized from the angle of risk warning;it is put forward that the control of the accounting operation risk should be strengthened from the aspects of internal control system,business process,means of supervision and so on;the risk information is provided for management by improving the quality and frequency of the accounting report.Finally,the optimized plan of CZ bank accounting operation risk management is put forward from the perspective of personnel structure.It is hoped that this project will propose an optimized plan for the prevention of accounting operation risk,and provide suggestions for other small or medium-sized commercial banks to resist operational risk.
