At present,large-scale government-invested projects show a trend of sharp increase in the number, increase in investment, and shorten the construction period. However, the low efficiency of synergies among stakeholders and the lag in the management of synergistic relationships have become short-circuits for large government investment projects. In addition,long-term construction projects for large-scale government-invested projects have complicated projects, involve numerous stakeholders, and involve complex and complicated relationships, which makes it more difficult to manage the stakeholder's collaborative relationships.Good stakeholder collaboration helps improve collaborative efficiency and project resources.Share and disseminate among stakeholders to speed up the project construction cycle. Therefore, the collaborative relationship between large government stakeholders determines whether the entire project is completed efficiently. The so-called large-scale government-invested engineering projects refer to large-scale engineering projects that are dominated by government investment, constructed with state-owned assets investment or financing methods, and are designed to meet the needs of the public.Public infrastructure and public welfare facilities are the construction content. The purpose of these project constructions is closely related to the work and life of the public. Therefore, the quality and function of the project not only affect the needs of the public, but also affect the image of the government and its credibility. It can be seen that the research on the mechanism of stakeholder collaboration in large government investment projects is necessary and timely. This paper studies the collaborative relationship among stakeholders of large-scale government-invested engineering projects and proposes two questions concerning the project stakeholders' collaborative relationship: First, determine the core stakeholders in the projectstakeholders stakeholder relationship;Second, study the stakeholder collaboration Relationships influence the weights of the factors and sort them. The results of the study indicate that the construction unit, contractor, and project management unit are at the core of the stakeholder group, while the government is in a relatively “ weak ” position;the construction unit and construction unit are at the core of the stakeholder synergy;Among the influencing factors of collaborative relationships, among the first-level influencing factors, firm competence has the greatest impact on synergistic relationships,of which cooperative experience is the key influencing factor;firm's own and internal factors are the second, and external factors are the least affected.Among the secondary influencing factors, the cooperation experience, enterprise qualifications, and coordination and communication skills rank among the top three influential factors, and all influencing factors are ranked as key influencing factors, major influencing factors, and secondary influencing factors according to the ranking of weighted factors.Among them, enterprise qualification, corporate reputation, cooperation experience, and coordination and communication ability are the key influencing factors affecting the stakeholder's collaborative relationship;information sharing ability, goal consistency, information dependence, and contract structure are the main influencing factors affecting the collaborative relationship;External factors such as social economic environment, market competition, and policy guidance are secondary factors.Through research,it will be helpful to formulate a reasonable project coordination mechanism, which will help improve the collaborative relationship among stakeholders of large-scale government investment projects and improve the synergy efficiency of various stakeholders.
