A Case Study Of Popularizing Financial Knowledge In A "Financial Night School"

Since China formally put forward the development of Inclusive Finance in 2013,promoting the development of Inclusive Finance has become one of the important plans for China's economic development.And the important foothold of the development of Inclusive Finance in China is the vast rural areas of poverty.How to effectively meet the financial needs of the poor farmers and promote the economic and financial development of rural areas is the main problem that China is facing.In rural areas,the improvement of hardware facilities has been effective because of the effective promotion of relevant policies.In rural areas,the improvement of hardware facilities is remarkable because of the effective promotion of relevant policies.The basic financial facilities have basically been provided in the vast rural areas.But many farmers lack basic financial knowledge,do not understand modern financial services,and do not have effective sources of information,which makes that the financial demand of rural residents is not satisfied.The lag of these financial software inhibits the economic and financial development of rural areas.In order to solve this problem effectively,according to the actual situation,this paper selected the typical case of "financial night school" in Libo county,the financial precision and poverty alleviation.Through the analysis of the case,this paper intends to know how to popularize financial knowledge in rural areas and what achievements have been achieved,and how to better carry out the popularization of financial knowledge in other rural areas.Through the analysis of the current rural economic and financial situation in China,it is found that the rural areas in China are mainly faced with a series of problems such as lack of financial support,serious financial exclusion and information asymmetry,in which the poor financial knowledge level of rural residents is the serious cause of the rural financial exclusion.The "financial night school" in Libo county of Guizhou is a successful case to alleviate the above problems effectively.Therefore,this paper chooses the "financial night school" in Libo county as an example to study the impact of financial knowledge popularization on economic and financial development in rural areas.This article first summarizes the concrete practice of the "financial night school" in Libo county,including the standardization of the form,the variety of contents,the coordination and cooperation with various departments and the combination of the construction of credit projects and so on,and then analyses the achievements made in the "financial night school" in Libo county.In the analysis of the effectiveness of the "financial night school",it can be seen that the popularization of financial knowledge effectively improves the level of local farmers'financial knowledge and the degree of financial participation.At the same time,the"financial night school”has also promoted the influence of the local financial institutions and expanded the financial service scope and ability of the Libo agricultural commercial bank.In the process of the transformation of the local industrial structure,the local tourism industry,the individual entrepreneurship,the agricultural and forestry industry and other industries have been upgraded,and the local economic and financial development has been greatly promoted.After summarizing and analyzing the experience of "financial night school" in Libo,we put forward some suggestions to popularize financial knowledge and promote the development of rural economy and finance,and provide ideas for the accurate poverty alleviation of rural finance in China.
