With the advent of the era of mobile Internet,consumers can buy the required goods anytime and anywhere through intelligent terminals.Online shopping has become the main channel to buy goods,and the change of consumer purchase model provides a good opportunity for the development of the online shopping platform.A large number of online shopping platforms appear in the market.The supervision of the online shopping platform is difficult,the quality of the products can not be guaranteed.There are some problems in the logistics distribution speed and after-sales service.The disadvantages of the online shopping platform are gradually highlighted in the marketing process.Therefore,the use of marketing theory and network marketing theory,innovative marketing strategy,can better promote the development of online shopping platform.On the basis of 4P marketing theory,STP theory and SWOT analysis method,this paper combines theory and practice,and analyzes the opportunities and challenges,advantages and disadvantages of JM online shopping platform.Through market segmentation and determination of target market,the market of JM online shopping platform is positioned.At the same time,based on the investigation of the online shopping behavior of the target consumer group,in addition to the marketing strategy of the JM online shopping platform based on the four aspects of 4P marketing theory products,channels,promotions and prices,this paper also analyzes the problems of the JM online shopping platform in the two aspects of after-sales service and logistics,and puts forward corresponding marketing strategies.
