For an enterprise,human resources are the core resources of and the key to the success,as also as the important driving force for the survival and development.Enterprise managers hope that employees can fully realize their potential,work actively,and create more value for the company.They must not only select good people,use good people,but also effectively motivate people.Grassroots employees are the foundation for the development of enterprises,and they are also the direct creators of corporate values.This article takes Y company as the research object,explores and constructs an effective and effective grassroots employee incentive system.This paper starts with the basic theory of employee motivation,puts forward the background and important significance of grassroots employee motivation,and summarizes the relevant theoretical research status of domestic and foreign employee incentives.Secondly,focusing on the research of Company Y,based on the basic situation of Company Y,through investigation and research on the incentive status of the company's grass-root employees,the company's grassroots employees' satisfaction with the company's incentive plan was investigated and proposed,and the opinions and suggestions are summarized and analyzed.Then,through field research and interviews with grassroots employees of Y Company,analyses the specific problems existing in the incentive scheme for grassroots employees of Y Company,mainly focusing on the lack of compensation incentives,the need for improvement in career development incentives,the ineffectiveness of spiritual incentives,and the need for improvement in performance assessment.Finally,on the basis of a large amount of work in the early stage,designs and optimizes grassroots employee incentive programs in areas such as compensation incentives,promotion incentives,emotional incentives,and improving performance evaluation.First,this paper designs and optimizes the salary incentive plan for the grass-roots staff from five aspects:compensation structure,compensation determination,salary adjustment,compensation calculation and payment,and employees' independent and selective benefits;Second,designs and optimizes the promotion and promotion of grassroots employees from the following three aspects:expanding career development space,improving corporate training system,and promoting multi-channel promotion and appointment of employees;Third,designs and optimizes the emotional incentives of grassroots employees from the following three aspects:exerting the role of spiritual incentives,employee care incentives,employees,punishment and incentives;Fourth,improves performance appraisal from the perspectives of individual performance appraisal goals and the company's implementation and strengthens the execution of performance appraisal,and promotes the grassroots staff incentive program to truly adapt to and meet the needs of the company and grassroots employees.In view of the full text,the thesis based on the theory of domestic and foreign employee incentive research,based on the existing relevant research,puts forward suggestions to improve the design of motivation plan for grassroots employees of Y company,including salary incentives,promotion incentives,and emotional incentives for grassroots employees.The objectives and principles for motivating grass-roots employees were clarified,and concrete implementation measures and safeguard measures were put forward to provide reference for the design and optimization of incentive plans for grass-roots employees of Y Company and other companies in the industry.
