Research On The Effect Of The Coupling Of Technological Innovation And Institutional Innovation On The High-tech Enterprises Growth

High-tech enterprises have an important role in the building an innovative country,and the country also pays more attention to high-tech enterprises.For the high-tech enterprises growth,coupling of technological innovation and institutional innovation is also significant.Based on the background,this thesis studies the necessity that hightech enterprises carry on the coupling of technological innovation and institutional innovation and the effect of their coupling on the enterprises growth.According to the analysis,the thesis makes suggestions for the high-tech enterprises growth in China.This thesis is divided into four parts.First of all,this thesis analyzes the background and research significance of the selected topics.Based on the existing problems,future development trend,and research significance,this thesis proposes the related research contents and approachs.And then,the relevant concept and current status at home and abroad are reviewed in detail.Secondly,from the perspective of the high-tech enterprises growth,this thesis analyzes the necessity that high-tech enterprises carry on the coupling of technological innovation and institutional innovation,and coupling mechanism.Then based on the seceted topic,this thesis summarizes the problems that need to be solved,and proposes the corresponding solutions.The soluions are as follows.This thesis learns from the research ideas of economic growth theory to establish an enterprises growth model,and analyzes the contribution rate of technological innovation and institutional innovation to enterprises growth by the use of this model and Data Envelopment Analysis.Then the thesis measures the coupling of technological innovation and institutional innovation based on the coupling function to explore the effect to enterprises growth.Thirdly,from the perspective of Huawei's growth,this thesis analyzes the coupling of technological innovation and institutional innovation,and then establishes Huawei's enterprise growth model.According to the model,Data Envelopment Analysis and coupling function,the thesis analyzes the effect of the coupling of technological innovation and institutional innovation on Huawei's growth.Finally,through the theoretical analysis and the empirical analysis on the effect of the coupling of technological innovation and institutional innovation on the high-tech enterprises growth,the thesis proposes corresponding suggestions for high-tech enterprises.
