As the main subject of the national innovation system,enterprises shoulder the important task of achieving innovation and development strategy.Technological innovation and business model innovation are two major parts in enterprise innovation,which play leading roles in the whole innovation of enterprises from the aspects of technology and management.In an enterprise,are these two aspects of innovation independent of each?If not,what is the relationship between them?What is the impact of the synergy between them on firm performance?These issues have not been discussed in present stage.Under this background,this paper studies the relationship between the two aspects of technological innovation and business model innovation,and the impact on corporate performance.Based on the previous research results,this paper selects the high-tech manufacturing enterprises in China as the research object.Firstly,the paper discusses the mechanism of technological innovation and business model innovation from the perspective of the coupling;secondly,constructs the business model innovation evaluation index system;thirdly,constructs a coupling model of technological innovation and business model innovation,and carries out an empirical study based on high-tech manufacturing enterprises(computer,communication and electronic equipment manufacturing enterprises);based on regression analysis,studies the relationship between coupling coordination degree and enterprise performance;and finally,develops four kinds of coupling development model of technological innovation and business model innovation.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The study of technology innovation and business model innovation coupling mechanism.The paper expounds the inherent relationship between technological innovation and business model innovation,and establishes the coupling relationship between the two.The coupling mechanism between technological innovation and business model innovation is analyzed from the coupling contents and coupling characteristics.Among them,the study of coupling content includes coupling goals,coupling motivations and coupling elements;the study of coupling characteristics includes market characteristic,business-based characteristic,cyclical characteristic and cumulative characteristic.(2)Research on the innovation of business model innovation and construction of evaluation system for high-tech manufacturing enterprises.The paper clears connotation of business model innovation,and discusses the business model innovation contents from three aspects of business structure innovation,profit model innovation and operation model innovation.Based on the innovation evaluation thought and content,the valuation index system of business model innovation is constructed from six aspects of business structure innovation,profit model innovation,business model innovation,relation of industrial chain upstream and downstream,strategic matching and market performance,which including a total of 14 indicators,and a survey of business model innovation evaluation questionnaire is also designed.Through a detailed description of the prospectus,annual reports and public information of 37 high-tech manufacturing enterprises(computers,communications and electronic equipment manufacturing)in the GEM,the paper collates information on the production and development of the sample companies in the four years after the listing,including a total of 60 words;and selects 7 experts to be offered enterprises' information and questionnaires,by expert scoring method to obtain the sample enterprises' business model innovation evaluation data.(3)Constructing the coupling model of technological innovation and business model innovation and having empirical analysis for high-tech manufacturing enterprises.The paper chooses the entropy weight method to determine the weight,and establishes the comprehensive evaluation function of technology innovation and business model innovation.Meanwhile,the coupling model of technological innovation and business model innovation is established,and level of couplingdegrees are established based on the coupling degree from low to high.In addition,37 companies in the GEM are selected as samples.Based on the evaluation index system and data,the paper obtains the comprehensive evaluation results of the sample enterprises' technological innovation level and business model innovation level.Based on the coupling model,the coupling correlation degree and coupling coordination degree of technological innovation and business model innovation are calculated and ranked,and then the sample enterprises are classified according to the degrees of coupling(4)Based on regression analysis,this paper studies the relationship between coupling coordination degree which from technological innovation and business model innovation and enterprise performance.Using profitability as enterprise performance and selecting control variables,this paper establishes the regression model of enterprise performance and coupling coordination resulting from technological innovation and business model innovation.By utilizing SPSS 19.0 for descriptive statistics and correlation analysis,a significant positive impact on enterprise performance is verified by this study.(5)Aiming at the high-tech manufacturing enterprises,four representative enterprises' technological innovation and business model innovation coupling development modes are refined.They are product provider and system solution provider,single business and multiple businesses,manufacturing enterprise and intelligent manufacturing enterprise,as well as application enterprise and ecological enterprise.According to the four typical coupling modes,the paper discusses their backgrounds,paths and modes,and provides suggestions and guidance for the future development of the enterprises' technological innovation and business model innovation.
