Research On The Regional Differences In The Development Of Modern Service Industry In China

On October 18,2017,the 19 th National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party(referred to as the 19 th National Congress of the Party)was held in Beijing.The report of General Secretary Xi Jinping mentioned that in order to deepen structural reform on the supply side,we must speed up to develop modern service industry,we must aim at international standards for the development level of the modern service industry;we must relax restrictions on access to the service industry in accelerating the improvement of the socialist market economic system;and expand the opening up of the service industry in order to promote the formation of a new pattern of overall opening up.It can be seen that the state attaches great importance to the development of the service industry.Since the concept of "modern service industry" was first proposed in the report of the15 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China in the 1990 s,the development of modern service industry has been highly valued by the government,which has made the development of modern service industry remarkable achievements and it has also become academia.The focus of attention,and made a lot of research results.The development process and level of the service industry,especially the modern service industry,is an important measure of the degree of economic development in modern countries and regions.The development of a modern service industry is of great significance to China's transformation of economic development methods and the realization of sustainable economic and social development.The different levels of economic development,aswell as the level of urbanization,education,and industrialization in various regions of China have led to regional differences in the development of modern service industries and unbalanced development.And compared with Western industrialized countries,the development of China's modern service industry is still at a relatively low level.At the same time,China has no specific standard for the evaluation system of modern service industry development level.Therefore,how to establish an evaluation system for the development level of modern service industry to evaluate the development level of modern service industry is particularly important.After establishing an evaluation system for the development level of the modern service industry,analyze the development level of the modern service industry in China,analyzethe regional differences in the development level of the modern service industry,and use the results to analyze the factors that contribute to the status quo of the modern service industry,and propose the promotion of modern service industry equilibrium.development countermeasures and suggestions.This article mainly establishes the evaluation index system of modern service industry development level,evaluates the development level of modern modern service industry in China through factor analysis,and conducts the regional difference research on the development level of China's modern service industry;through the analysis of the modern service industry in the province differences between the three major regions and within the three major regions;analysis of the main factors influencing the balanced development of China's modern service industry;and in order to promote the balanced development of China's modern service industry,we propose countermeasures and suggestions.The first part of this paper introduces the theory related to modern service industry,including the concept,characteristics,classification of modern service industry,the development of modern service industry,and related theories of regional differences;the second part studies the development status of modern service industry.By collecting a large amount of data to demonstrate the current status of development of the modern service industry in China and the differences between regions;the third part is to establish an evaluation index system for the development level of modern service industry,and to evaluate the development level of China's modern service industry by means of factor analysis.Combining with the results,we analyzed the differences in the development level of the modern service industry between provinces,between the three major regions,and within the three major regions,and finally arrived at the conclusion;the fourth part is the analysis of the factors of the low level of development of the modern service industry and regional differences in China,and put up some suggestions.This paper has many innovation points,mainly including the following four aspects:First,this paper analyzes the development level and regional differences of China's modern service industry.In order to evaluate the development level of modern service industry,an evaluation index system is established,and the results are used to analyze the regional differences in the development of modern service industries.Second,in the establishment of an index system for the development level of modern service industries,the indicators adopted are more comprehensive and fall into four categories,including development scale,development environment,service level,and the level ofdevelopment of the industry,and each category contains a more comprehensive index system,the use of factor analysis methods,can more realistically demonstrate the level of development of the modern service industry;Third,there is a single index analysis and also has analysis methods for comprehensive indicators,including literature analysis,comparative analysis,qualitative research and quantitative analysis.Fourthly,combining the development level and regional differences of China's modern service industry,it proposes a more effective and comprehensive approach.
