Science and technology are the most important factors for raising productivity.The development of agricultural science and technology is crucial to the realization of agricultural modernization in China and the strategic layout of building a well-to-do society in an all-round way.With the improvement of the level of agricultural production in our country and the improvement of the people's demand for better living,the development requirements and demand for agricultural science and technology will also increase.It is imperative to build a more advanced and applicable agricultural science and technology service system.However,the traditional government-led agricultural science and technology service system has encountered many problems in the rapid development of the agricultural economy.It has been unable to match the current level of productivity and the needs of farmers.Therefore,under the background of a new era,how does the government improve and perfect the agricultural science and technology service system?How does the society and the peasants' main body do well in cooperation,promote the rapid and better development of the rural economy,and realize modern agricultural production?It is of great significance.This article first focused on the development of the agricultural science and technology service system and the significance of the construction of the agricultural science and technology service system.It also clarified the research methods used in this paper and the contents involved in the research.Through the literature review method,we reviewed the domestic and international agricultural science and technology.The status quo of service system construction is analyzed and summarized.At the same time,it summarizes the related concepts of agricultural science and technology service system as a whole and introduces the theoretical basis of the research.Secondly,the status quo of Hebei's agricultural science and technology service system was analyzed,and the questionnaire survey method was used to understand Hebei's farmers' demand for agricultural science and technology services.While clarifying the problems in the development of Hebei's agricultural science and technology service system,it will focus on analyzing the deep-seated causes of the problems in the development of Hebei's agricultural science and technology service system.Finally,by summarizing the relevant literature to introduce the agricultural science and technology service models of Japan,Germany and the United States,analyze the characteristics and advantages of its agricultural science and technology service model,combine the current status of the agricultural science and technology service system in Hebei Province,existing problems,advanced service models in developed countries and their own learning and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
