Study On The Evaluation And Countermeasures Of Agricultural Modernization In Hebei Province

Agriculture,as the foundation of national economy, plays an important role in economic development. However, in the development of economy, the scarcity of resources is more and more obvious, the development trend of resources to rely solely on the increase in agricultural output is not the way of development of agriculture.And it has become the main direction of agricultural development to apply science and technology to agriculture to realize agricultural modernization.In the world,the development level of agricultural modernization, the emphasis on the measurement of agricultural modernization,and the statistical caliber is different. Therefore, it is difficult to establish a unified index system of agricultural modernization in comparative analysis for multinational agricultural modernization level. Hebei province is a traditional agricultural province,and is constantly changing to modern agriculture province. In order to measure and compare the level of agricultural modernization for Hebei province, following the selection principle of science and adequacy, it establishes the comprehensive index model. It collectes the datas for 2008-2013 years in Hebei province, and by the comprehensive index model of the agricultural modernization, analyses the situation of agricultural moderniazation for Hebei province, while it selects the neighboring provinces,Shandong province and Henan province, for comparison of the level of agricultural modernization. At the same time, it collects the relevant agricultural datas of 11 provincial cities in Hebei Province in 2013 and further by the comprehensive index model of agricultural modernization analyses. Again,using the factor analysis method to analyse for 19 agricultural indicators for 2008-2013 years in Hebei Province, it finds out the main factors that affects the development of agricultural modernization.Finally, through comprehensive analysis of inter provincial and provincial agricultural situation,it finds out the main problems of agricultural development in Hebei Province, and on this basis, the relevant suggestions and countermeasures are put forward in the paper.
