Research On The Influence Of Different R&D Internationalization Models On Enterprise's Innovation Capability

In the era of economic globalization,scientific and technological innovation ability become one of the best key embodiment of enterprise strength.An enterprise which has strong scientific and technological innovation ability can get a higher position along the world industry chain,push its development and get important proprietary intellectual property rights which helps it leading the social development.In order to improve the scientific and technological innovation ability and enhance competitiveness,many multinational companies have begun to invest in R&D internationalization and done R&D activities within the globel.The trend of R&D internationalization development will bring long-term and profound impact on the upgrading of enterprise structure,improvement of technological innovation capability and enhancement of research and development quality.Enterprises must make full use of the international advanced research and development resources to implement the international R&D strategy,enhance their own innovative ability more rapidly and gain a firm foothold in the globalization competition.Studying the influence of different R&D internationalization modes on the innovation ability of enterprises is significant for enterprises to speed up the process of R&D internationalization and enhance their own innovation ability.Based on the analysis and research of the internationalization model,this paper divides the internationalization of R&D into two types:technology acquisition and R&D cooperation.According to the evaluation index of R&D internationalization and enterprise innovation ability,this paper studies the impact of different R&D internationalization modes on the innovation ability of enterprises.Take Huawei and Samsung as examples,through artificially retrieved and statistically processed the The relevant data of the two enterprises.Based on the comparative analysis of Huawei and Samsung's R&D internationalization model,Huawei mainly conducts on the technology acquisition model,the space-field distribution of Huawei's R&D internationalization has a certain mismatch with the market entry.The areas for cooperation are mainly in telecommunications and computer and office appliances.Samsung's R&D internationalization model basically corresponds to the goal of its international development stage.Its cooperation areas cover various sub-sectors of the ICT industry.The results show that both technological acquisition and R&D cooperation R&D model internationalization are conducive to the improvement of enterprise's innovation ability.At the same time,for different enterprises,the significance of the role of R&D in other countries in enhancing the independent innovation capability of enterprises will be different,which is related to the absorptive capacity of enterprises.That is,the internationalization of technology acquisition R&D does not necessarily significantly promote the independent innovation capability of enterprises,and transnational cooperative R&D has a significant impact on the independent innovation capability of enterprises.That is,cooperative R&D internationalization has a significant role in promoting the independent innovation ability of enterprises.In the end,based on the theory and case study,we put forward some rationalization proposal on R&D internationalization of enterprises.
