Research On The Development And Evolution Of Hunchun International Logistics Park And Its Regional Economic Development

Logistics industry is an arterial and basic industry for the development of the national economy.With the development of the logistics industry,the construction of the logistics park plays an important role in the logistics industry.It plays an increasingly important role in promoting the development of the regional economy.Under the background of integration and globalization,the inner links of the Northeast Asia region of the Hunchun international logistics park are increasingly close.As the link of bilateral or multilateral economic and trade cooperation,the logistics construction has brought new opportunities for the development of Hunchun.Taking the Hunchun international logistics park as the research object,this paper studies and analyzes the development and evolution of the park and the impact on the regional economic development by means of consulting data,field interviews and questionnaire and combining quantitative and qualitative analysis methods.The main conclusions are as follows:First,based on the theory of industrial cluster,the evolution process of Hunchun international logistics logistics park is studied,including the status,background and policy of the development of the park.It has experienced 1992-2000 years of the rising stage of the logistics industry,the development stage of the 2000-2012 year logistics industry and the three stages of the growth stage of the 2012-park.Second,through the field survey and the results of the questionnaire survey,the main results are as follows:67.24%of the Hunchun international logistics parks are private enterprises,mainly the logistics companies and the transport enterprises occupy the dominant position,respectively 31.23%,20.76%,the business development is to use the railway and water transportation to transport goods,mainly should be carried out.The logistics information system used is barcode technology and EDI system,61.27%from foreign introduction.In the process of development,most enterprises show that technical innovation is difficult and outstanding talents are difficult to seek,and talent is unstable.The linkage between enterprises in the park is mainly reflected in transportation and warehousing.The driving force of enterprises and surrounding enterprises is not too strong,and has great room for development.Third,through the analysis of Hunchun's economic total,employment structure,and industrial structure changes before and after the completion of the operation of Hunchun international logistics park,the logistics industry in Hunchun has played a very small role in pulling the economic development since 2012.But in 2015,the logistics industry has increased significantly,and the operation of the Hunchun international logistics park is operated.To promote the development of Hunchun's logistics industry and economy,but the degree of agglomeration is low and the degree of impact is not high.According to the development of Hunchun international logistics park,it puts forward rationalization proposals:building information platform,improving service capacity,improving port and port facilities,strengthening mutual cooperation with DPRK and Russia,and increasing the training and introduction of logistics personnel.
