Exploration On The Development Of New Urbaniaztion In Hunchun City

The development level of urbanization is not only an embodiment of the economic development level of a country,region and city,but also an inportant embodiment of social hannony,progress of human civilization and green ecological environment.When China' s traditional urbanization has reached a certain stage,many problems have appeared Traditional urbanization,in order to simply pursue the growth of quantity but give up the improvement of quality,pursues rapid and excessive development,which brings about social contradictions such as the separation of urban and rural areas,the gap between the rich and the poor,the confrontation between labor and capital and the separation between human and nature,and the phenomenon that the economy is emphasized but the objective laws are ignored.Based on China's current national conditions,in order to better develop urbanization,the party and government proposed to take the new urbanization development path with Chinese characteristics.As a key county-level city in the frontier ethnic areas of Jilin province,Hunchun city has unique geographical environment,natural resources and strong minority culture.In the process of developing new-type urbanization in hunchun city,based on the actual situation of the city itself and relying on the special geographical position of the border window,the city will increase the investment attraction and push forward the industrial development,so as to drive more farmers into cities for employment and entrepreneurship.How the government strengthens the support policies in all aspects of society and how to improve the infrastructure and further develop the public service level is the significance of this paper to study the development of new urbanization in hunchun city,and also has reference significance for the development of new urbanization in other frontier ethnic areas in China.This paper first introduces the research background,purpose and significance,compares the research progress of urbanization and new-type urbanization at home and abroad,discusses the connotation of traditional urbanization,and proposes to take the new-type urbanization path.By comparing the differences between traditional urbanization and new-type urbanization,the connotation of new-type urbanization is scientifically defined.It is pointed out that new-type urbanization is the co-promotion of urbanization among cities,towns and new villages,and it is the urbanization of ecological livability,green and sustainable development and coordinated interaction between industries.In the process of urbanization,what our country needs to develop is an integrated development of urban and rural areas that puts people first and emphasizes the transformation of economy,social environment and culture.In hunchun,for exanple,summarizes the four stages of urbanization in hunchun development course,through the national planning of new urbanization index of urbanization level,infrastructure and public service level,resources,environment,economic development level of these four aspects to understand and choose specific indicators in each indicators,analyzing Hunchun new urbanization development level.By conparing the developnent status of new urbanization and old towns,it can be seen that the core of building new towns is to meet people's needs,including people's material and spiritual needs.We will develop the economy by pursuing green and sustainable development without sacrificing the ecological environment or natural resources.The study found that in the construction of new-type urbanization in Hunchun city,there are some problems such as unbalanced development between urban and rural areas,unsound development system,deviation of industrial structure and enplopient structure and unreasonable urban spatial structure system.In response to these problems,this paper puts forward three countermeasures and Suggestions,including increasing investment in urban infrastructure,inproving land use efficiency and building modern industries,hoping to provide reference for Hunchun city to develop new urbanization...
