Research On The Development Strategy Of Cross Border E-commerce In Fujian And Taiwan Under Fujian Free Trade Zone

The establishment of the Fujian free trade zone is an important part of China's FTA strategy.It confirms to the economic globalization of Fujian and is also a major initiative to further opening up.Due to the fact that the Fujian Free Trade Zone is near to Taiwan as a special advantage,it will playan irreplaceable role in promoting the development of cross-border e-commerce in Fujian,which ia a traditional province of foreign trade.The development of cross-border e-commerce has become an effective way of foreign trade transformation and upgrading under the new situation.Therefore,cross-border e-commerce has become a new growth point of international trade and a new way for the cross-border e-commerce enterprisesto get further development and promote the competitiveness in Fujian.Firstly,through the investigation and analysis of the present situation of the cross-border electronic commerce development in free trade zone of Fuzhou,Xiamen and Pingtan,the paper deeply elaborates the logistics mode,the import and export tax,infrastructure construction,personnel training,credit supervision,industry structure,cross-border payments and the regulatory system of the problem in the development process of cross-border e-commerce.Secondly,the paper analyzes the opportunities,threats,advantages and disadvantages of thedevelopment of cross border e-commerce in Fujian free trade zone by SWOT analysis.Thirdly,the paper proposes the development strategy of the cross-border e-commerce between Fujian and Taiwan underfree trade zone of Fujian,including network marketing platform,the exchanges and cooperation of cross-border e-commerce,the expansion of the cross-border the marketing and the fostering of cross-border e-commerce and industry chain.Moreover,the paper puts forward some measures to ensure the development of cross-border e-commerce and the Fujian Free Trade Zone,including the strengthening of cross-border e-commerce security guarantee system,establishing cross-border e-commerce credit system,perfectingthe cross-border e-commerce taxation supervision system,and improving the personnel security system.Finally,basing on the analysis of the Fujian free trade zone XJ and development of Fujian and Taiwan cross-border e-commerce case,the paper aims to explore the development strategy in the face of Fujian and Taiwan cross-border e-commerce problems in the development process and its application,in order to obtain the important benefit from.It is hoped that this article will be helpful to the relevant government departments,and promote cross-border e-commerce business development betwee Fujian and Taiwan in Fujian and Taiwan have a certain reference value.
