Research On The Evaluation Of Rural Tourism Public Health Service Quality Based On Tourist Perception

In recent years,the global tourism model has been promoted throughout the country.As the focus of tourism integration in the whole region,rural tourism is gradually escaping from the original geographical restrictions.More and more tourists prefer rural tourism,and rural tourism development is in full swing.Especially in Xianyang City of Shaanxi Province,the development of rural tourism has been very rapid in recent years.The maturity of rural tourism in Xianyang City has leapt to the second place in the country.The rural tourism model represented by Yuanjia Village has expanded in various regions.However,under such a rapid development trend,the quality of public services in rural tourism,especially the quality of public services in rural tourism,still exists.Too low public health service quality reduces the tourist experience of tourists,and the rate of visits to tourists is low.This will also constrain the sustainable development of rural tourism.This article defines the concept of rural tourism public health through the analysis of documentary data such as rural tourism,tourist perception and the quality of tourism public services.Based on the theory of tourist satisfaction,IPA analysis model,SERVQUAL model,and new public service theory,through the literature review and actual research results,a rural tourism public health service quality assessment scale was designed and natural environmental hygiene was constructed.Quality,quality of residential health services,quality of food and beverage service,quality of living environment,quality of public health facilities and services,quality of medical and health services,construction of public health services,7dimensions,and 33 indicators of rural public health service quality Evaluation model.Taking the rural tourism of Yuanjia Village in Xianyang City as an example,field research was conducted.Using SPSS,AMOS and other statistical tools,the data was analyzed based on factor analysis and multiple regression analysis.The results showed that the quality of the seven tourism public health services The evaluation of factors has a significant positive impact on the degree of satisfaction of tourists.The importance of their impact on overall satisfaction ranks in order of quality of food and beverage service,public health facilities and service quality,quality of medical and health services,quality of human-made environmental sanitation,Public health service system construction,quality of natural environment sanitation,quality of residential sanitation services.Using the IPA analysis model,a combination of the importance perception and satisfaction perception of tourists was analyzed to analyze thesuperiority,improvement,opportunity,and maintenance areas of Yuanjia Village's rural tourism public health service quality,and use this as Yuanjia Village.The promotion of the quality of tourism public health services put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
