Study On The Coordinative Development Between Tourism Industry And Urbanization Based On Coupling Model

As two subsystems in the social and economic development system,the tourism industry system and the urbanization system are interdependent and interact with each other.The development of tourism industry and urbanization process has obvious coupling characteristics.And the tourism industry provides the impetus for the development of urbanization,while development of urbanization also laid a foundation for the development of tourism industry.In the same time and space sequence,the tourism industry system and urbanization system develop harmoniously.It is located in the three gorges reservoir area and Qinba mountain contiguous,and Northeast Chongqing is the national key ecological function area.The coordinated development of tourism industry and urbanization in Northeast Chongqing plays an important role in promoting the sustainable and harmonious development of economic,social and ecological benefits in Northeast Chongqing.This paper respectively takes 11 counties in Northeast Chongqing as the research unit,and selects the secondary indexes of eight tourism industry system and 12 secondary indexes of urbanization system to build an index system of coupling systems of tourism industry and urbanization.This paper uses entropy value method,linear weighting method and the variation coefficient method,based on the analysis of data values of the tourism industry system and the system of urbanization,to carry on the empirical study and comparative analysis from 2007 to 2016 in Northeast Chongqing tourism industry level and urbanization development level.After calculating the coupling coordination degree of numerical and making classified analysis on the coupling coordination level in Northeast Chongqing,this paper also carries out special analysis from time difference,space difference and type difference to objectively analyze the coordinated development of tourism industry and urbanization in Northeast Chongqing from multiple angles,multilevel and all-round.Studies show that during the period of 2007-2016,except Wanzhou district,coordination degree of the whole regional tourism industry and urbanization development level in other two districts and eight counties in Northeast Chongqing is low,but a general trend is slowly rising;Among them,there are a few districts and counties where their coupling values have a slow downward trend,for example,Wanzhou district,Dianjiang county and Chengkou county.The coupling coordination degree of tourism industry and urbanization in Wanzhou district is higher than the average level in Northeast Chongqing.Overall,in addition to Wanzhou district,the development level of tourism industry and urbanization in other two districts and eight counties of Northeast Chongqing are in disorder.According to the standard of coupling compatibility level,the 11 districts in Northeast Chongqing can be divided into four grades: The tourism industry and the urbanization's primary coordination area counties mainly include Wanzhou district;Tourism industry and urbanization's bordering on dislocated counties mainly include Wushan county,Fengjie county,Fengdu county,and Kaizhou district;The tourism industry and urbanization's the mild disorder areas mainly include Yunyang county,Zhong county,Wuxi county and Liangping district;The tourism industry and urbanization's moderate imbalance areas mainly include the Dianjiang county and Chengkou county.According to tourism industry and the status of the coupling coordination development level of urbanization in Northeast Chongqing from 2007 to 2016,this article puts forward the overall suggestions to promote coordinated development of tourism industry and urbanization in Northeast Chongqing.It mainly includes strengthening policy support,optimizing the environment of coordinated development,establishing a tourism development coordinating mechanism with comprehensive coordination capacity,adhering to the development of tourism in the whole region and promoting the transformation of tourism development mode,and implementing the strategy of rural rejuvenation and raising the level of urbanization.At the same time,it also insists on the principle that is concrete analysis of concrete problems.According to the corresponding coordination level type and the actual development situation of each district and county in Northeast Chongqing,this article proposes the corresponding coordination development countermeasures to promote coupling coordination development in the Northeast Chongqing to the direction of the high quality coupling.And eventually achieving the goals which will promote sustainable and harmonious development in Northeast Chongqing region's economic,social and ecological benefits.
