Research On Risk Control Of B2B Suplly Chain Finance In Electronic Order Finance Model

With the deepening of the research on supply chain management,the problems of logistics,information flow and business flow have been gradually solved.The problem of capital flow has become a bottleneck restricting the development of enterprises.Supply chain finance is to get continuous research and development in this context.But Dello(2015)results show that when the supply chain finance implementation costs are too high may not produce a win-win situation.Compared with the traditional supply chain finance,B2B online supply chain finance has greatly improved financing cost and financing efficiency,can greatly enhance the depth and breadth of traditional supply chain financial services,which the traditional supply chain finance is hard to reach,more effective solution to the small and medium-sized micro-enterprises financing problems.This thesis takes the electronic order financing model as an example to study the financial risk control of online supply chain dominated by the B2B e-commerce platform.This thesis summarizes the operation principle,operation subject,mode evolution and advantageous characteristics of the B2B e-commerce supply chain finance,and makes a theoretical analysis on the causes of the B2B e-commerce supply chain finance's risk,and identifies the B2B e-commerce supply chain finance internal and external risk factors,summarizing the main risk factors influencing the B2B supply chain finance.In this thesis,we use the game model to compare the online supply chain finance dominated by the B2B e-commerce platform under the order financing model and the traditional supply chain finance dominated by the traditional bank.In this thesis,we think that the B2B business platform is the leading factor in the B2B supply chain financial credit default risk control.Of the supply chain financial model in terms of risk is superior to the traditional bank-led supply chain financial model.And further study the default risk control under the B2B e-commerce supply chain financial credit development,that B2B e-commerce platform can control the financing of corporate credit to control the risk,and use examples to illustrate it.In this thesis,we use the cost-benefit model and the operational research model to analyze the risk of bankruptcy risk of retailers in the supply chain finance under the supply chain finance,which includes the risk of collateral risk and the default risk of financing enterprises.And research on retailer bankruptcy risk control and research on B2B platform to optimize the optimal decision-making research under controlling retailer bankruptcy risk.According to the cost-benefit model,the retailer's critical demand is obtained.When the customer demand is greater than the critical demand,the retailer has no risk of bankruptcy.Retailers can reduce the risk of their own bankruptcy by reducing the order quantity,reducing the purchase price and increasing the retailer's selling price.The B2B e-commerce platform can reduce the retailer's bankruptcy by reducing the pledge rate and reducing the B2B loan interest rate.And the minimum bankruptcy risk of the retailer under the model hypothesis is calculated.Finally,an example is used to calculate the minimum critical demand and the minimum risk of bankruptcy.The change relationship is consistent with the conclusion.Under the bankruptcy risk control,the optimal decision model of the B2B e-commerce platform shows that the higher the risk is,the higher the expected return is High,the reason for the mechanism can be further studied.In the B2B e-commerce supply chain finance under the electronic order financing operation risk control research,identify and analyze the operational risk in the electronic order financing link,explore how to use the latest Internet technology such as large data,block chain technology to operate Risk control,and put forward the B2B e-commerce supply chain financial operation risk control strategy.
