Research On The Online Supply Chain Financial Model Based On E-commerce Platform

Online supply chain finance as an innovative financial products,is one of the ways to effectively solve the small and medium-sized enterprise financing problems,its birth and development of the market of internal demand.E-commerce enterprises to carry out online supply chain finance business has a unique advantage,platform connected to a large number of enterprise users and consumers,make each participation main body data sharing and strategic supply chain coordination,through the establishment of credit evaluation system more scientific effectively reduce the credit risk,improve the overall efficiency of supply chain,reduce the whole industry transaction costs.The purpose of this paper is to analyze electronic commerce online mode of supply chain finance business,enterprise development advantages,problems and development proposal,for the theoretical research in the field of supply chain finance and e-commerce development play a role in promoting enterprises of supply chain finance practice.Online supply chain finance has always been a hot area of research,but under the perspective of e-commerce online research in the field of supply chain finance is in its infancy stage,the content is more dispersed,no system,the dislocations in theory research and practice field.Carding the research status of online supply chain finance at home and abroad is presented in this paper,on the basis of discussion of e-commerce online supply chain finance operation mechanism,analysis of the development of online business path,and follow the path of online financial supply chain can be divided into different "online supply chain finance of commercial bank","online e-commerce supply chain finance" and "based on electronic commerce bank online supply chain finance".Then,in this paper,by comparing the analysis after it analyzes two modes,the similarities and differences between various niche products and screening of key research products,business processes and risk points,further study of the corresponding products and explore each participation main body.Are introduced in this paper,combining theory and practice,jingdong group as a typical case analysis,focuses on "the jingdong white" and "jing bao bei" innovative products,and combed its operation process,compare the e-commerce supply chain finance and the traditional mode of offline business details,from the "financing risk","financing efficiency","financing rates" three dimensions advantage analysis,combined with the platform,the potential problems for jingdong online supply chain finance business group development put forward some thinking.
