Research On The Burden And Moderation Of Enterprise Social Insurance

At present,China's economic system is a market economy.Enterprises are the main support for the national economy.The operation and development momentum of enterprises plays a decisive role in the growth of the national economy.According to the data in recent years,China's economic growth rate is relatively fast,but at the same time,the employment growth rate is gradually slow,and now,our country is experiencing the potential economic risk,many employers have to hire new employees,and some even in the streamlining of staff,more and more people faced with the risk of laid-off workers.There are many factors that lead to this phenomenon.For example,the social insurance premium of enterprises is heavier and heavier,resulting in the high cost of employment.Therefore,employers can't make ends meet,so they can't guarantee their vitality in the market and business.Zhuhai city also has a similar problem exists,therefore,the social insurance companies should bear the number of the payment proportion is moderate,what should be done to ensure that the social security system's development,how will the enterprise bear the social insurance fee and promote the economic development of phase equilibrium,this paper will take Zhuhai City as an example and research the analysis of these issues.This article is divided into six parts.The first chapter is the introduction,firstly,this paper explains the background and significance of theory and practice,the ideas and methods of this thesis are further explained,and on this basis,this paper put forward the innovation and deficiencies,and finally on the existing domestic and international research literature review exhibition;the second chapter is the the basic theory and concept analysis is needed,and the narrative literature on corporate social insurance Fei Chengdan and moderate level and related literature,to lay the theoretical foundation for this paper;The third chapter,starting from the composition of China's social insurance burden,introduces the current situation of enterprise social insurance burden in Zhuhai City,the Zhuhai city social security fee income growth and negative charge changes made quantitative analysis and Zhuhai city social security fees according to the reason of negative high analysis data set and the influence.The fourth chapter,the enterprise of our country social security charges with Sweden,Chile,African countries of the typical countries of corporate social insurance burden is compared,and the enterprises of our country social insurance fee negative longitudinal comparison and historical comparison,the overall trend and the international trend that China's enterprise social insurance premiums.The fifth chapter,from the two aspects of the government and other sectors,provides policy recommendations to reduce the overburden of the social insurance premiums in Zhuhai,such as strengthening the management and control of the Zhuhai municipal government,increasing the subsidy amount of the Zhuhai municipal government on business insurance and other proposals and countermeasures.The sixth chapter,the conclusion.This paper makes a brief review of the analysis,puts forward the advantages and disadvantages of this paper,and makes a prospect for the possible in-depth analysis of the future paper.
