With the accelerated process of economic globalization and the rapid growth of electronic commerce since 13th five-year,the development trend of the logistics industry is eye-catching and the infrastructure network construction is becoming more and more perfect.However,the problems of planning,duplication and waste of resources are becoming more and more prominent.The logistics efficiency is low and the cost of logistics remains high with the "logistics hot" at the same time.The lack of unified logistics network planning is the main reason for the waste of logistics resources and the promotion of logistics costs.Logistics runs through all aspects of social production and people's daily life.It is an essential link in the modern commodity circulation process boosting economic development.It is increasingly becoming the source of regional economic development.It is of great significance to speed up the development of regional logistics industry through regional logistics resources,logistics network,reducing logistics costs.Therefore,this paper puts forward the research method combining the gravity model and the spot-radial logistics network to study the construction of the regional logistics network,which has certain theoretical and practical significance.The paper analyzes the concepts,advantages and types of regional logistics network.It is pointed out that the hub-and-spoke network design can effectively reduce the cost of network transportation,guiding the optimal allocation of logistics resources.On the basis of in-depth analysis of the regional hub-and-spoke network design theory and the development status and existing problems of Hubei logistics network.the paper has constructed the comprehensive capability of urban logistics using the factor analysis method to evaluate the comprehensive ability of city logistics.By introducing the gravity model and the membership degree of the logistics,the radiation range of the hub city is divided.Finally,the hub-and-spoke network design theory is used to optimize the logistics network.The regional logistics network is constructed.This article selects cross-sectional data of 17 sample cities in Hubei in 2014.Using gravitational model combined with factor analysis and other research methods to measure the logistics gravitation between cities.By introducing the logistics membership degree and dividing the radiation range,the regional logistics network of Wuhan Province is constructed,which is based on "the core of Wuhan,Yichang and Xiangyang".The results show that in Hubei regional logistics network,Wuhan belongs to the first class axis City,Yichang and Xiangyang belong to the two axis City,Jingzhou,Huanggang,Huangshi and other cities belong to the spoke cities,and the regional logistics links are dense but the distribution is uneven,the Wuhan area is more concentrated,the whole west is strong and the East is weak;the logistics gravitational measurement is the whole.It shows that the axle center city has less logistics gravitation to the cities such as Shiyan,Enshi,Shennongjia and Jingmen,and should strengthen the construction of the branch lines of these cities and other radiant points and axis cities,so as to further strengthen the attraction and radiation ability of the axis cities to the marginal cities,and the axis cities between Yichang and Xiangyang.The gravity of the flow is also weak.Apart from the comprehensive logistics strength and other factors,the construction of trunk passageways needs to be improved.
