In the new early educational market,the BG Company facing rapidly changed of market demand and unavoidable financial pressure.In order to achieve better development,the company must make rational using and allocation of resources,at same time,provide and exchange value with consumers.Based in the modern marketing management theories and practical research,our study systematically analyzed the marketing environment for BG early education project from the perspective of macro and micro market environment,we also given the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of the project.Based on analysis of problems and its reasons for BG early education,we believe that there existed some problems in the project,for example,service satisfaction is not good enough,the project was not be recognized,enrollment growth was slow,brand recognition is low,etc.The main cause was that the actual serviced have not reached the expected target,price was not reasonable,marketing communication was incoordination,the channels of experience and publicity was dull and passive,brand management was lack and many other problems.Based on the 7Ps service marketing theory,combined with the theory of knowledge marketing and product life cycle,and around the core target of customer satisfactions of BG early education,we analyzed the important elements of marketing environment,and reconstructed the modeling of diversified service strategy,consumer's psychological price meeting,market communication integrating,and culture brand image remodeling strategy.In addition,the risk analysis and control suggestion were provided for the marketing strategy of BG early education project.The purpose of this study is to promote the BG company pay more attention in marketing management,reconstruct better service management system for infants and their families,at same time,which can provide reference for study and development of marketing strategy for other enterprises.
