Recently, apparel industry has been swamped in a difficult period.Fierce competition, electronic commerce, access capacity and environmental pollution are the major problems which have resulted in a large number of shops closed and a continuing slide of sales of apparel corporations. It is quite necessary to pay attention to apparel corporations due to this severe background. Many researchers adopted Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA)to study efficiency of organizations.Meanwhile, most researchers use different organizations or departments as a Decision Making Unit(DMU).Differently,"time" was used as DMU instead of organizations or departments in this article. The data of each year from one organization are compared mutually to achieve dynamic evaluation of this organization. Moreover, the classic DEA method does not involve any effects from external environmental factors and random errors. This article is adopted three-stage DEA method to distinguish managerial factors, environmental factors and random errors for analyzing different effects brought by each factor.Furthermore, the findings could offer some scientific basis to the business executive for their strategy decision.
