Research On The Effect Of Deutsche Rentenversicherung Bund In The Pension Management

The pension management has always been a problem that the educational circles care very much.German,as the first country to extensively set up the endowment insurance system,processes the endowment insurance system with a complete system and a good operation.The legal endowment insurance in German would be autonomously managed by the endowment insurance handling organizations which bear the public responsibilities.Deutsche Rentenversicherung Bund,as the top organization of the legal endowment insurance handling organization,plays an important role in the pension management.This paper takes Deutsche Rentenversicherung Bund as a research object and analyzes the function,organizational structure and approach on realization for pension management of Deutsche Rentenversicherung Bund to explore the effect of the Deutsche Rentenversicherung Bund in the pension management,and finally combines with the national situation to obtain the enlightenment of Deutsche Rentenversicherung Bund for national pension management.Through the exploration on function,organizational structure,approach on realization for pension management of Deutsche Rentenversicherung Bund and other contents,this paper thinks that the pension management system in Germany is a kind of system with the multi-participation,interlocking and close cooperation,and Deutsche Rentenversicherung Bund has the following four effects:Firstly,make the overall planning to handle the institutional interests,promoting the fairness in distribution of pension;Secondly,cooperate with the government,ensuring that the pension can be sustainable in payment;Thirdly,communicate with the internal and external institutions,improving the efficiency in pension management;Fourthly,implement the legal supervision,perfecting the legal pension supervision system.The paper also finds that Deutsche Rentenversicherung Bund has the organizational characteristics of the corporatism and its interaction with other subjects of pension management shows a strong sense of the corporatism.It could be considered as an organization of the corporatism.
